Roxy POV

            Walking into the dining room that came right off of the kitchen, I saw that the large wooden table was set and food was placed on trays. CC sat at the head of the table on the left, right in front of the tacos. Andy sat across from him, in front of the hamburgers and cheeseburgers. I sat to the right of Andy right next to Zoey, Ashley beside her. Across from Ash, to the right of CC was Jake, and next to him, Jinxx. There was one remaining seat. Mom sat in between Jinxx and Andy, and immediately filled her plate. We all filled our plates as well, with burgers, spaghetti and meatballs, tacos, biscuits, salad, and mashed potatoes mixed with corn. Mom really went all out. It was the first time in years since she had guests over. Ever since Dad left with the twins, Jacki and Rosie, and my older sister Rae went off to college, we've been pretty lonely. Mom just never thought to get rid of the eight person dining room table.

            Jake devoured five platefuls before my mother gave him a hard glare which stopped him. Andy smirked at Jake, getting himself one last taco to fill up his plate for the fourth time. Jinxx and CC had only eaten two platefuls. Ashley, Zoey, and I ate three plates before we got full.

            "Thank you for this fantastic lunch, Mrs. Vixen." Andy smiled warmly. I found myself smiling as well.

            "Oh, you're welcome dears." Mom smiled back and began bringing all of the empty trays into the kitchen to be put into the dish washer. Soon she began bringing in empty plates, making sure to take Jake's first.

            "When's your next concert?" Zoey asked, looking at Ashley.

            "Three days." He grinned.

            "Oh, can they stay here, Roxy? Pretty Please? It is summer after all...school doesn't start for another month and a half." Zoey begged.

            "It's up to Mom and the guys," I explained. I then quickly added, "But it's perfectly ok with me."

            "Sounds good." All the guys agreed.

            "MOM!" I called.

            "What, what?" She walked out of the kitchen holding a soapy plate.

            "Can they stay until their next concert?"

            "Sure, sure. Zoey too, if she'd like. You can all stay in the basement. We have a few guest bedrooms down there."

            "Thanks Mom!" I got up and hugged her. I turned to face my guests. "I'm going to go shower, so make yourselves at home." I walked out of the room and towards the stairs.

            Stepping into the shower to feel the steamy hot water run down my back felt so relaxing. I stood there for just a moment, with my eyes closed, to feel the sting and burning sensation that the water brought. I opened my eyes and turned around to face the shower head, holding my arms out. Pain shot up my arms but I ignored it. I glanced down at the scars on my wrists that went almost up to my shoulder, and then at the red line that stood apart from the rest by the crease of my elbow. A scab had already began to form. I traced the line with my finger once and proceeded with my shower.

            I poured some shampoo into my hand and washed my hair slowly. Moments like these that I had to myself, I could take my time and not worry about the world around me. But this time was different. I couldn't take my mind off of Andy. He was such a nice guy, and his smile made me melt. Oh, his eyes. I could get lost in them even if I didn't try. I wondered what he thought about the kiss. We never really had a chance to talk about it, but because Mom agreed to let them stay over for a few days, there should be time. If I could get him alone, which was exactly what I planned on doing.
