It's been a long night for Nikki she woke up early today, John will still asleep, holding her tight. She was able to break free, she took a quick shower, changed, and made breakfast for her and John. John woke up to the smell of pancakes, sausage, eggs, and bacon being made,she loves making John his breakfast, but she was still upset about everything that happened last night. As much as she try to forget it she couldn't! John came downstairs
"hey" he said.
"Morning, I made you breakfast. "She said with a smile
"Looks good! Can't wait to dig in!"
They had breakfast in silence. No one said a word, a few sighs here and there, but no words. John didn't say anything because he felt he would upset her more,he hated hurting! He knew she wanted nothing more than to have a family, he just couldn't give her that right now. He hoped one day he could! Nikki know how much he loved her. He would never try to hurt her, but she was scared that somehow something was going to happen that could end up breaking her heart or hurting John with whatever happened. She hoped nothing would happen, but deep down inside she felt something would happen! John broke the silence, he didn't want to say anything, but he knew he had to. He just knew he had to say something.
"this is really good, thank you Nikki!" He said with a smile, "your welcome!" "How early did you get up, And make this?" He said. "Um I think it was 5:30, I took a shower before starting so I guess 6:25 6:30 or so." She replied. "Oh"
"Umm... Umm we should uhh... We should get going we have RAW tonight." She said nervously. "Oh yeah I almost forgot let's go!" He said. Getting up and heading back to the room, as she followed him upstairs.
An hour later they were on their way to RAW. There was an awkward silence between the both of them. A few sighs, but no words. Somehow Nikki knew John was nervous.
What do I do? What do I say? He thought to himself. She finally broke the silence.
"Do you have a match tonight?"
"No just a promo at the beginning of the show with Randy and Bryan." He responded. "Do you?" "Yeah I have a divas championship match against April." "Oh yeah I heard her talking to Phill." Said John. "Yeah we are both excited! It's the first time in a while Brie won't be with me! She said with a sigh. "Hey, it will be okay you can beat April, you may be friends but you still want that title right?!" "Of course!" She said.
They arrived at the Arena. Nikki give John a quick kiss and headed to the divas Locker room.
"Hey Nikki!" Said April. "Oh hey!" "Are you ready for the match?" Said April. "Definitely I think it will be one of the best!" She said with a smile. "Besides I think there needs to be an new divas champ!" "Ha ha!" Said April. "Well good luck!" She said as she left the room. She looked at the clock and saw RAW was about to start, she turn the TV on. "Good luck Superman!" She In a whisper.
Near the end of John's promo she had to leave and go to Gorilla for her match. She peaked through the curtain and saw John had finished his promo and was heading backstage. Right before she went out John came to her and whispered her "good luck! I hope you win when your match is over I'll be waiting here!" He said giving her a kiss on the head. Thanks John! She said as her music hit.
