Chapter 5

Violet's P.O.V

Tate. That's all that was on my mind for the past couple of days . Just the way he gives me that half smile , the way his brown eyes got excited when he saw me . God I love that boy .

Just then someone squeezed my sides making me squeal like a little pig.

"Hey Violet" I turned around to face him and he had his little half smirk on his beautiful face.

"Tate you know I'm ticklish there!" I playfully slapped his arm

"Hey I just got a new pack of cigarettes from a friend want to go to the attic and smoke them?"

"Yea sure"

When we got to the attic I found my hidden stuff and grabbed them

"Here" I poked him with the cigaret

He lit mine as I held it between my lips

"Wow we haven't done this in awhile" he said while opening the attic window

"Yea I miss this.."

He looked at me with those dark brown eyes and I just about melted . I had to get up and rummage through boxes to make myself feel less awkward and less feeling like I want to attack him with my lips.

I could feel his breath on my skin giving me goosebumps as he came up behind me. He wrapped his arms around my waist giving me major butterflies which is weird I didn't think I could feel those again . We stood there for a minute until he flipped me around to face him.

"T-Tate" he leaned in close to me inches away from my face. Every inch of me screaming for him to kiss me but my mind knew better .

"Tate no. "

"Oh. Uh. Sorry." He's face turned red as he backed away

"I thought you forgave me"

"I did. I just don't know if I can trust you yet.."

"Vi I'm sorry for everything I did. I love you. I can't stand being without you. I mean I can't get you out of my head . You're all I ever talk about . When ever you smile I fall in love with you more but also breaks my heart a little more because I know you don't love me anymore. You're the only girl that's ever made me feel something that's ever made me happy . You make me feel alive and you drive me crazy because you're so damn stubborn . But I love you so god damn much Violet!"

I can't describe how I feel . Numb I guess you could say

I feel like my heart was stuffed and I just felt like this wasn't real . He wasn't crying but tears fell from his eyes as he stared at me

"I should go.."

I turned and walked a few steps before he spun me around grabbed my face and kissed me hard. It felt like fireworks were going off all around us. It wasn't an ordinary kiss . It was more like one of those true love passionate kisses

"I love you Violet " he whispered breathlessly as he pulled away . Our foreheads touching I looked at him and couldn't hold it in anymore

"I love you too Tate " he smiled so big i couldn't help but smile too
