Fragile hearts (MONSTA X MINHYUK FANFIC)

New day

Right outside the room, I was panicking again. I didn't want to see Michelle with all those scars, and tubes on her. "I don't think I can do it." My mother sighed and looked back down; "Fine, wait in the seating area." I nodded and quickly ran to the seating area.

While I was waiting, I saw many other people that was in the same situation as Me, and Michelle. "Mr. Sohn?"I heard a doctor say; I turned my head around and saw a guy that looked familiar. He stood up and stared at me. He furrowed his eyebrows, I then remember where I saw him before. "Mr. Sohn? You may go in the room now." He moved his gaze to the nurse, and then back at me.  Mr.Sohn' I thought; 'What's his first name?'

The next morning I woke up earlier then I expected. I had a part time at a close by cafe; "Mr.Sohn.." I spoke to myself. I quickly got out of bed and headed to the restroom.

"Good morning!" My mother greeted me with a smile; "Did you sleep well?" "Yeah." I checked the clock and quickly moved to the dining table. "I made us pancakes today." I sighed remembering about Michelle. "Ally, I know it's hard, But remember she's a strong girl. She'll make it." I nodded and quickly ate. "Bye mom!" I grabbed my keys and headed to the cafe.

"Hey Ally!" "Oh hey Joshua!" I opened my locker and grabbed my apron; "I heard about Michelle, how is she doing?" "She's doing well." I tied the apron around my waist and put my bag in the locker; "That's good. Who were those guys that got her though?"  I shrugged. "I'm not sure. I only got a quick glimpse of all of them." "How many people were there?" "Seven, I think." I locked my locker as Joshua kept babbling about his thought about the situation. 

"Next customer please?" I heard as I made four cappuccinos; "Do you think they would come for you guys?" I jumped and sat the cappuccinos down; "Jesus christ Joshua. Why?" He chuckled and patted my back "Sorry." "I don't think they would." I went over to the counter; "Number 54!" "Thank you!"

"Ally, take the orders for a sec?" "Sure. Next customers in line please?" I put in my pin number and put my card back in my pocket; "Hello, welcome to our cafe! What would you like?" I looked up to see two guys, one with Blonde hair, and one with dark brown hair. They greeted me with a slight smile. "One ice americano, and one latte?" "Sure thing" As I was putting their orders in, I felt their gazes on me. "Would that be cash or card?" "Card" The blonde guy gave me his card, I still felt their gazes on me as I swiped it.

"Joshua! One ice americano and one Latte!" He gave me a nod as I went back to ordering. "Please just sign down on the key pad." I saw his hand as he was signing, he had a bracelet with a complicated pattern on it. I gave him his receipt and went over to Joshua. "I swear I've seen those guys before." He looked around and then back at me; "Where?" "Those guys over there, They're staring at me." He looked over the machine and caught on; "Oh. Do you think they're part of those people you saw?" I shaked my head; "I don't think so." He placed the remaining caps on the cups and place them in the cup holder "I don't know then."

"Number 60!" I saw those guys again, They came up to me together and placed the receipt near me. "Thank you." He grabbed the cups; We had eye contact, I've never felt so awkward.
The rest of the day, they just, sat there. Talking, looking around, and looking at me. I suddenly believed what Joshua said. "Sir, Its 6 pm. It's time for us to close." They looked up at my co- worker, and then back at me. I signed out of the machine and went back into the staff room; "So.. Are they the ones you saw?" I sighed "I really don't wanna believe it, but I think they are."

I placed my apron back inside and grabbed my phone and bag. "Who am I kidding. Why would they be the people who did that to Michelle." Joshua chuckled "I don't know. Just ignore them, They're probably new to the town or something." I sighed "Maybe" I locked my locker and went out. "Ally." "Hm?" "If you have any trouble about it, just call me. Alright?" I chuckled and stared at him; "Okay. I'll keep that in mind" 

 I went to my car and placed my bag on the passengers seat, I grabbed my keys and started the car. I was ready to leave until the same two guys came up to my car and knocked on the window; "Hey, wanna talk?" I lowered down the window a bit and stared at the bracelet again. "I swear I've seen that pattern somewhere.."  "Uh, can I help you..?" The two guys stared at each other and then looked back at me.

"Sorry.." The blonde one hesitated before talking again; "You see.. My friend here finds you, attractive." The one with the brown hair looked back and forth between me and his friend. He looked away and sighed; "What's your name?" I thought twice before I told them my name, what if they're really part of that group? "Ally. My names Ally. What's your name?" He gave me a grin before answering; "My name is Minhyuk. That's Hyungwon." I glanced over at Hyungwon, who's still wondering around like a lost child.  "Soo, why did you want to speak to me again?" As soon I said that Hyungwon quickly ran over to Minhyuk and grabbed his arm. It was obvious he wanted to leave. "Haha.. Sorry Minhyuk is kinda weird! Sorry if we creeped you out." I could see him trying to pull him over to his side. " Come ON Minhyuk.!"Minhyuk gave me one lat grin before he left; "Bye Ally!" I'm trusting my gut, they're part of the group, but my heart is telling me their not. I drove off to the hospital again, still on that thought about them. Who are they?

As I headed into the hospital, I went to Michelle's room. I stood outside and looked inside through the mirror. I sighed as I felt tears forming in my eyes again. I quickly wiped them off before anyone could see. "Ally?" I turned around to see Michelle's mother with a bag of clothes in her hand; "Oh Ally, it's nice to see you could finally look at her." She placed the bag next to her as she came to stand next to me, her hands were folded together, I could feel her nervousness. "I'm sorry. I - I couldn't do anything about those guys. They had guns and kn-" "It's okay, Ally." I felt a warm hand on my shoulder. There, I felt my tears forming again, I looked back up Michelle, who is sleeping soundly. I cried in my hands while I could still picture everything that happened at that moment. 

I felt Michelle's mothers hands on mine; "Now, Don't cry. Michelle's okay. Shes healing up perfectly fine." She gave me a reassuring smile, I couldn't help but to smile back as I was wiping my tears. "Come inside." She gave me a hand, I was hesitant before grabbing it, but she grabbed my hand and pulled me inside. I helped Michelle's mother with the bag, as I heard Michelle moving around, I heard her call out to her mother. "Mom?" Her mother turned around and walked up to her. "Hi Honey, Ally's here." As soon I had eye contact with her, I couldn't help but to run up to her and hug her while sobbing; "I'm so sorry Michelle! I couldn't do anything at that moment and everything was just getting out of hand and I just couldn't d-" Michelle had her hand on top of my mouth and started giggling; "It's okay! Stop babbling, I can't understand anything."

I quickly removed her hand and wiped my tears; "Are you really okay..?" She giggled and gave me a quick nod; "Of course!" I gave a little laugh as I got back up. I wiped my remaining tears and went back to her mother, who was just sitting there, also smiling. "Thank you." "No problem Ally, Stop blaming yourself, alright?" I gave her a quick nod; "Ah, I have to... Go to the bathroom. I'll be right back." That actually means I wanted to go see who this Mr. Sohn is.  As soon as I left the room, I saw Minhyuk and Hyungwon from the cafe. I quickly ran behind the wall near them to hear their conversation. "Ally.. Are you sure she's the girl we saw? Wasn't her name Michelle..?" "No, I'm sure its her friend that Hyunwoo has to talk too." I gasped after I heard his name; 'Hyunwoo.? I swear I heard his name before when... dad was here..'  I kept trying to listen, but before I knew it, they were leaving the other way. 

I quickly looked around to see them, 'Alright, I guess its clear.' I looked around to see the person's face. He had tubes in his mouth, with a white band-aid around his head. I tried to get a good glance at his face before I had to leave. "Excuse me?" I froze and shut my eyes; 'Oh god no. PLEASE don't be them.' I turned around, and sighed. 'Thank god'  "Yes?" "Are you the guardian of this patient?" I quickly shook my head; "Nope, I was just.. looking around.. Hahhahha..." I looked over to Michelle's room and looked back; "Uh.. Gotta go!" I quickly ran over to her room, still feeling the doctor staring at me. "Phew" "Ally! You're back! Already! That was quick." I giggled and nodded back; "Yeah.." She tilted her head trying to read my expression; "What's wrong?" "Nothing, it's just.. I think the 'leader' of that group we met is.. here." I watched as her eyes widened and heard her gasp; "REALLY?!"  "Shhh! Be quiet! He's right there." "Ahh... Okay." "Alright, I'll tell you what I heard, but you can't yell about anything okay?"
