"So what do you say? Are you in? Deal or no deal?" she asked with so much confidence in her voice. How can you sell your daughter like that, with that amount of confidence? How can I stand here and actually even consider this deal?
She stared at me with her vivid green eyes. It was hypnotizing, I was in a trance. I didn't even notice the slight movements of my head nodding up and down.
This is such a bad idea. Change your mind Daniel, before it's too late.
But you need this money. What about college, your future? How would you pay for it?
"You made the right choice Daniel. I look forward to seeing you more often. You better make her happy." I nodded politely and took the cash she had in her hand. I grabbed my bag and immediately left the Parker's residence. As I open the car door, I look back to the house.
