The Princess and the Alley Cat

Chapter 3

     Adrien's PoV
"Omg Plagg, Mari's going to confront me tomorrow!"
"Uh huh" plagg said annoyed but still listened
"What if I don't say the right thing or someone intrudes or" Plagg then interrupted as he stated
"This is exactly why I don't get involved with girls, the only love I need is my sweet, sweet Camembert. Speaking of Camembert, Adrien where's my cheese." I handed him his stinky cheese as I continued on with my story.
The next day
Marinette's PoV 
I went into the school late, as always, and walked up to Alya. "ALYA!"
"What's up girl" Alya answered as I whispered in her ear.
"I'm going to tell him"
Alya squealed as she knew exactly what I was going to do. "When?" Alya asked. 
"Right after school." I answered.
"I'm so proud of you Mari, Good Luck!"
"Thanks Alya" We then walked to class making small talk. I noticed Adrien acting a little weird around me today. After class bell rang, Alya gave me a little nudge in the arm.
"It's time." She said as she walked out of the classroom. I packed up all my stuff and left to go find Adrien. He was leaning against the wall, as I saw Chloe walk up to him with a big smile
"ADRIKINS, how are you" Chloe said as she hugged Adrien "I missed you"
"Um Chloe we just talked like 5 minutes ago."
"I know, it was the worst five minutes of my life."
"Ugh Chloe......" he was then cut off as Chloe kissed him. I ran away crying as I heard Adrien scream my name from across the hall I didn't even look I just ran home crying.

Adrian's PoV
I waited against wall for Mari as I heard Chloe call my name. "ADRIKINS, how are you" Chloe then hugged me as I tried to push her off. She then said "I missed you"
"Um Chloe we just talked like 5 minutes ago." I stated, very confused by Chloe
"I know and it was the worst five minutes of my life"
"Uh Chloe......" she then cut me off with a kiss and I quickly pushed her off. I looked around to see
Marinette running away crying, I screamed her name but all she did was run faster. I looked at Chloe who was then smiling at the crying Marinette. "CHLOE! WHAT THE HELL"
"What's wrong Adrien?" She asked, still with a wicked grin.
"Why did you do that to Marinette?"
"Well, MariTrash was trying to steal you from me so I stopped her"
"First of all I am NOT yours and second Marinette is NOT trash she is kind, Pretty and talented which is everything your not! Why don't you just leave her alone Chloe and while your at it leave me alone too!" I then left Chloe there as I went to go find Marinette. "PLAGG TRANSFORM ME!" I then went to Mari's house to find her crying on her balcony. I landed but before I could say a word she hugged me and didn't let go. "What's wrong Princess?" even though I already knew exactly what was wrong
"He rejected me" she said.
" WHAT? What did he say"
"Well, Technically he didn't say anything I went to go talk to him and saw him kissing a girl"
"Really?"
"But not just any girl. She is the meanest, most rudest person I've ever met." She said as she sobbed into my shoulder
I then asked "Who is this girl?"
"Chloe Bourgeois" she said with a gag
" I'm so sorry PURRincess"
"It's ok Kitty, I'm fine now that your here." Marinette's head then nuzzled into my chest causing me to blush as she broke the hug and climbed inside the house. Once we were inside Mari sat at her desk and did her homework as I sat on her bed. She then got up and started taking down her posters of me... -well of my civilian form- from around the room I asked her what she was doing and she responded with, "Well, since Adrien doesn't like me i guess there's no use being hung up on him all the time."
"Oh" I answered because I didn't know what else to say. She then stuck them in the closet when I heard my miraculous beep "Well I got to go PURRincess, have a FURtastic day"  I said as I was about to leave until Marinette's pulled me back and kissed me and I kissed her back. She was blushing and all I can think about was how cute she looked. My miraculous then beeped again as I ran out the window.
"Chat, come back tomorrow."
"I will Princess" I then leaped from building to building to I reached the Agreste Mansion. I jumped inside my room and de transformed then I heard a knock on my door. I handed Plagg some cheese as he ran and hid. "Come in"
"Hello Adrien, are you ready for you photo shoot with the 'Le Chic' Magazine" His dads assistant Natalie said as she walked into his room. 
"Yea" I answered. I never really like photo shoots but what can I say that's what I get for being a Model.

After the photoshoot, Adrien transformed for patrol. He went up to ladybug who was sitting on the top of the Eiffel Tower. I sat down next to her as she asked " Chat do you like me?"
"Why do you ask m'lady"
" I was just wondering why you flirt with me so much"
"Oh, well then yes, I did" I answered
"Did?" She looked confused
"Yes, did" I smiled and thought of Mari
"Did someone else catch your eye Kitty?"
"Yea I think so.."
"Oh really... who?"
"A princess" Ladybug blushed knowing exactly who he's was talking about.
"And...?"
"And now I just want to know if that princess could love an alley cat like me" I blushed
"And what's this Princesses name?" She asked with a smile
"Marinette Dupeng-Chang" I said with a big smile.
