She stare at her phone for five minutes. Still no call from him.

Arin tossed her phone on her bed. She decided to take a bath to clear her mind. She took off her clothes and turn the shower knob. Warm water starts pouring, wetting her hair. She lift her face to the pouring shower, washing off her tears.

It's not true, Arin. It's not.

After she finished showering and dressed up, she walked to the kitchen. Gahyeon made her a soup. The smoke indicate that it is freshly cooked.

"Sit. Eat up." Gahyeon ordered. Arin walked to the dining table and sit on the chair. She eat the soup silently.

The phone rang. They both looked at the phone. Gahyeon picked up the phone while Arin stares at her direction. Her eyes shows a little bit of hope, that Jiho would call her.

"Woojin." She said. Arin sighed, slightly disappointed.

"Hey, I'm just telling you that I'm coming from Busan, I'm near Arin's apartment. I'll be there in five minutes!" Woojin said excitingly.

"Oh. Yeah. We'll wait." Gahyeon answered.

"What's with your tone? Your old friend's coming!" Woojin asked.

"Just.. come." Gahyeon sighed.

Woojin came five minutes later, as he said on the phone. Gahyeon opened the door for him. Woojin immediately runs in to check Arin.

"What happened to you?" Woojin asked. His hand hold both of her cheek, making her head turn to look at him. Woojin can see her eyes were puffed.

"Who's the guy?" Woojin turns serious. His tone became low, Arin trembled. Gahyeon pulls Woojin from Arin and told him everything. The three of them finally sat in the dining table.

"When will he came back to Korea?" Woojin asked. Arin shook her head, "i don't really know.."

I wish he never came back either.

"Listen, Arin. I will beat that bastard. I'll teach him a lesson." Woojin's hand turns to a fist. "And I'll find the one who called you a bitch."

"I'm 100% sure that Nathalie is behind this." Gahyeon mumbled. She looked at her watch, it's almost time for her class. "I'll take care of her. You stay at home, okay?" Gahyeon points at Arin while standing up. Gahyeon left.

"Woojin-ah, I'll be going out." Arin said, standing from her seat. Woojin grabbed her hand.

"I'll come with you."

Woojin and Arin strolled in Han river jogging lane. After a quite long walk, they finally rest in a bench. Woojin went to the near convenience store to buy drink. Arin leaned to the back, her head resting on the bench. She closed her eyes.

A cold feeling spreads in her cheek.

"Aw!" She looks up, staring at Woojin who's smiled. Arin chuckled.

"There you go." Woojin hands her the drink. "It's nice to see you smile, you know. It's been a year since we meet how come you don't miss me?"

"Well I don't want your girlfriend be jealous if she know we're still close. She used to hate me, you know that." Arin replied while opening the bottle cap. Woojin offered to cheer before drink. Arin giggled.

They enjoyed the river view and its surrounding. Kids running. Teenager riding bicycle. The wind breeze makes Arin closed her eyes and lean her head to Woojin's shoulder. Woojin seemed surprised. Arin shush him.
