When I got to the top of the hill, I saw elijah. He sat there on the bench with his hands on his head.
I walked in slowly and he saw me. He wiped a tear and turned his head away. I went and sat next to him. "Hey." I said quietly. He didn't answer.  "Elijah..." I continued. "What are you doing here." He asked still looking away from me. "Well first of all, I have your phone." I said hoping to make him laugh. He turns and looks at me as I hand his phone to him. He took it from but didn't even smile. "Well, surprising you came all this way just to give a phone to some guy you don't care about." elijah mumbled. "Elijah! I care a lot about you. More than I thought I would. And your not just some guy. Your Elijah Best. Over 500k subscribers. Probably with 100k of them being fan girls." I said smiling. "What I really came here for was to say I'm sorry. Elijah I'm so sorry I didn't mean any of that. I kinda just got frustrated and said things to make him take down the tweet. I would never ever say something like that and mean it, especially about you." I explain. He looks strait still not saying anything. "It's getting dark, you should go home." he mumbles. "Wow. Even when I was such a jerk, you still care about me. That or you just want me to go away.." I said and giggled. Still nothing from him. "Elijah I said I'm sorry. Cmon talk to me." I said looking at him. For some reason I grabbed his hand and held it. He turns and looks. "Ok fine. I forgive you. And you can forget about that date thing. I promise I won't bother you anymore." elijah said moved his hand away from mine. He stood up and was about to walk away but I grabbed his arm and stopped him. "Wait, elijah what do you mean?" I asked. "Y/N. If it wasn't obvious enough? I like you! Ok? I really like you and it's ok if you don't feel the same, you don't have to pretend." elijah exclaimed. "You do?" I asked. "Yes. Y/N of course I do! Why do you think I tried to go on that date with you?" elijah asked. "Well, I never knew. I didn't know how CLUELESS I was." I mumbled. "Well, you can forget it. Sorry I caused you all this trouble.." elijah mumbled. He stood up but I grabbed his arm again. "Elijah wait." I said as I held his wrist. He turns around and looks at me. I really didn't know what to say anymore. So, I pulled him to me and put my arms around his neck. I leaned my face to him and kissed him. He held me by the waist and kissed me too. It felt real this time. Perfect. Like a movie that I didn't want to end.  It lasted about 10 seconds only and I pulled away. I looked into his eyes and he finally smiled.
"I like you too." I mumbled. "And if it's ok with you, I still want to go on that date, whether you hit 10k likes or not." I smiled. It took him a while to answer. Seemed like he had absolutely no idea what to say. "Sure." is all tha came out. We both smiled looking into each other's eyes. It was dark already but we were still there. I hugged him and stood there for a while. "Thank you." I mumbled. "For what?" elijah asked. "For absolutely everything. I care so much about you. Literally everything about you makes me smile." I explained. He didn't say anything but he didn't hug me a little tighter "You make me smile too." elijah then said I let go of him and we decided to take off home.
I got home before him and walked in. "Y/N! What took you so long? Why didn't you answer my calls?" Sub said getting off the couch. I smiled really big and squealed. "Did you find him?" Sub asked. Before i could answer he came inside. "Elijah!" everyone yelled. They got off off the couch and hugged him. "Hey guys. Sorry for leaving, I just needed some air." elijah explains. he looks at me and smiles. Everyone saw it too. "Sure." Braden says. "I'm actually gonna head to bed, so goodnight guys." elijah said as he walked up the stairs.
"So what happened between you two?" Sub asked me. They all crowded around me. "Um, I'm not gonna say anything just yet but he did forgive me. I think I'm gonna go to sleep too tho, it's been a long day." I said and walk towards the stairs. "Ok then, goodnight." Sub said.
When I got in my room I flopped onto my bed and smiled. I kissed elijah. And it was a real kiss this time. Does this mean we're "together". I don't think so. Maybe we'll wait and see how the date goes.
Usually elijah never misses a day without telling me goodnight. I'm surprised he hasn't.
Right when I thought that, I got a text from him. It read
"Goodnight y/n :)"
I texted back,
"goodnight, elijah (:"
I had a big smile on my face. I took in everything that happened today. How could something like this possibly happen in 1 day. My thoughts soon drifted me to sleep.

Hello again lol decided to update again since I haven't updated in a while. So I hope you liked this chapter lol they FINALLY kissed.
