For anyone curious....
I DID design a human-ish version of Error as well. I think I still want him to be a skeleton, but this is one possibility to avoid that grey legal area. Due to what everyone has been telling me, I think some healthy redesign tweaks + contacting Toby would be the best route for this. (Its hard because I imagine them so much as they currently are, but at the SAME TIME this can give me some chance to play around and try something new and cool with the characters all my own)
ALSO this human version was inspired by someone elses, but I've searched and searched and just CANNOT FIND THEM. D:
(PS there is an alternate version of this where he's wearing a robe. I like the idea of him bein mad about the concept of having to get out of pajamas to do anything, so he rebels and walks around in PJs all the time I dunno)
