Chapter 38

"What would you like to drink?" the waiter asked me and I thought about it for a second.

"A strawberry margarita, virgin" I told him and he nodded then everyone else told him what they wanted.

Harry had one hand on my thigh and I placed my hand on top of his.

"So are you ready to go back home?" Grandma asked and I shook my head.

"I will admit it's been a little crazy, but I still love it here" I told her and everyone nodded at the crazy part.

"What about you Harry? Have you had fun?" Grandpa asked him and he took a sip of his water.

"It's been amazing spending Thanksgiving with all of you" Harry said and everyone smiled.

He has a certain charm with him. He smiles and anything he says is the most interesting in the world.

"Guess who I heard works here" Rae said to me and I shrugged.

"Who?"

"Annabel" Rae said and Niall choked on his drink.

Everyone stared at him and Rae and I just laughed.

"I'm okay" he said and everyone looked away.

"You've got to be kidding" he whispered to Rae and I.

"I think her obsession is cute" I told him and he glared at me.

"Niall! Is that you?" I heard her nasally voice and turned around to see Annabel.

"Annabel" he said and she ran towards us.

"Who's your friend?" she asked looking at Harry.

"My boyfriend. Harry" I told her getting annoyed already.

"Like that stopped her before" Rae whispered where only I could hear.

"I'm Annabel, nice to meet you" Annabel said and basically raped Harry with her eyes.

"Nice to see you Annabel" Harry said politely, being himself.

This is not the time for him to put on his charm. Not the time for charm.

"So how are y'all?" she asked and I gave her a huge smile.

"Great. Do you mind going to see what's taking our waiter so long with my drink?" I asked her politely and she gritted her teeth but then flashed a smile when Harry and Niall looked at her.

"Sure no problem Lilli" she told me and then walked off.

"Thank you" Niall told me and let out a huge breath.

"She didn't seem so bad" Harry said and everyone at the table snorted, even Grandpa.

"Who's going to tell him?" Dad asked and we all looked at each other.

"Annabel was hopelessly in love with Niall and well um when Niall and Lilli were together they found her outside his window a couple times" Rae summed it up for him and Harry laughed.

"Wow some people are really crazy" Harry said and she walked back with my drink.

Right as I had accidentally put my hand on Niall's, she spilled my margarita on me. All over my shirt and lap.

"What the hell?" I asked standing up.

"I'm sorry, I tripped" Annabel said with a smirk.

"Over what?" I asked trying to dry myself.

"I'm really clumsy, I'm sorry can I do anything?" she asked and I almost screamed.

"A towel. I need a towel" I told her through gritted teeth trying not to punch her in the face.
