I was just on my way out of the gas station when I heard about a robbery going down at the Maple Hill Bank over the radio on the counter. "Ugh well I guess that's my cue." I made sure the bathroom was clear and got dressed. I don't need anyone knowing I'm the one coming to the rescue like some kind of prince. I don't want to be praised or known as the one to be counted on. I don't want to be counted on at all. I just do what I have to when I have the time for it. I'm not a police officer it's not my job to run around saving people...

I got to the scene and I saw them. That poor family trapped. I knew I needed to help them no matter what. I found the back door and broke the lock. I swiftly got to the room where all the men were with the family. I could see how scared the little girl was and I needed to save her. I needed to save all of them. I slowly crept to the shadows on the opposite side of the room. She noticed when no one else did and looked me striaght in the eyes. I made a hand motion to tell her to stay quiet and don't say anything. She seemed to understand and kept quiet. I crept along till I was just at the edge of the shadows, all the while making sure I was well hidden. Then I saw something above me. It was on the outside of the glass ceiling. It looked kind of like me but instead of red and blue it was red and black. Or should I say he was red and black because he was definitely a man. A tall, built, kind of cute one at that. I hadnt realized I was walking forward until I felt the excruciating pain of a gun shot in my right shoulder. I fell to the ground in agony. Whoever shot me had hit a vien or something because the pain was like nothing else. I felt cold and my ears were ringing so loud I couldn't think. Then I hear the men screaming. I look up to the see the man I was just daydreaming about, beating the armed men down. But there were only six I could see. Then I saw the seventh armed man approach out of the shadows with a gun pointed directly at my mysterious hero's head. "Behind yo-" I could barely manage to get that much out. It was like my mouth would open but no words would come out. He couldn't hear my broken voice. So I raised my arm and shot a web. It hit the armed man in the eye and he fell to the groud. Then my hero turned quick enough to grab the gun and use the back to knock the man out. The hostage family was long gone as they ran to the police outside the front doors. "They are s-safe" was all I could manage to say as my unknown hero picked me up and cradled me in his arms. "Are you with me? Can you hear my voice??" I heard him say. His voice...wow his voice....it was like smooth velvet. Like warm dripping honey. But had a masculinity that made it hard as rock. It was a sexy but soothing beautiful voice. It was the last thing I heard before everything went black and I fell into sweet silence...

Hi guys! So here's the first chapter of my first story!!! I tried to make it not too short for yall so I hope that's good enough😂 I had a bit of a different storyline planned but then my creative juices were flowin and I just kept writing and writing and figuring out more amazing bits and pieces.
