One

Kyungsoo and Minseok were walking in the halls together, when someone 'accidentally' bumped into Kyungsoo, causing him to fall.

"Hey! Watch where you're going, freak!" Lee Taeyong, one of the popular juniors, yelled in Kyungsoo's face. Minseok's face instantly fell to a frown.

"Oh wait... you can't," Taeyong laughed, causing Minseok to get furious.

'You bastard!' Minseok yelled in his head while gritting his teeth.

You see, Kyungsoo can't see; he started using a cane and wearing glasses after a fatal car accident. The accident happened when he was ten; he's been living like this for five years now.

Although Minseok was angry, he didn't intervene. He couldn't. He was shaking in fear from Taeyong, because if he moved to close to Kyungsoo, something worse would happen.

As Taeyong left, Minseok ran over to help him off the floor, Kyungsoo hissing in pain from the movement.

"You okay?" Minseok asked, worry lacing his voice.

"Y-yeah..." Kyungsoo stuttered, grimacing in pain.

The both of them heard an onslaught of footsteps coming towards them, and Minseok saw that it was the rest of their friends.

"Soo! Are you okay?" Junmyeon exclaimed while checking all over Kyungsoo's body for injuries.

Junmyeon worrying about Kyungsoo caused him to give a small smile. "I'm fine, hyung," he replied to his hyung's constant questions.

"What a bitch, what the hell is his problem?" Baekhyun said in disgust, while crossing his arms.

"I don't know, everyone in this school is shit," Minseok said, his tone full of annoyance, starting to walk towards the front door with a fast pace.

Everyone else followed behind, Junmyeon walking in pace with Kyungsoo behind the rest.

"Are you sure you're okay? Do you need an ice pack or something?" Junmyeon asked, still extremely worried.

"No, I already told you I'm fine. You don't need to worry so much. Just because I can't see doesn't mean I'm helpless," Kyungsoo said, placing his hands on his hips.

"I know that," Junmyeon said, smiling sadly. "But I care about you. We all do," he looked to the others as he said that, Kyungsoo thought about the others as Junmyeon said that, and slightly smiled after.

Once they got back home, they all settled down in the room. Baekhyun sat at his piano, hands hovering over the keys, while some of the others just watched tiredly, waiting for him to play something.

"I'm hungry..." Baekhyun whined, grabbing the attention of Kyungsoo.

"Then make something," Zitao replied to his hyung's annoying whines. Baekhyun just glared at him.

"I can make everyone dinner..." Kyungsoo said, causing silence to fall over the room.

Kyungsoo had always loved cooking for his parents, but he was never given the opportunity to after the accident. Because of his disability, his hyungs never let him cook.
