It had been a boring day and it still was a boring day. i was walking home crossing the road every now and then, going down streets that led me closer to home. i dont live far from school, but far enough to be aching by the time i get home. i dont dislike walking home, especially days like that, a light breeze and fresh air and slight rain. it wasnt a crazy storm, just a light sprinkle of rain flowing into the breeze every now and then.
my dark brown hair will flow behind me when i turn a corner sometimes, which i absolutley love. it feels as if i could fly away from this world.

little did i know, i'd meet him today.

i turned a corner to go down a dark lane, narrow and empty. i looked for a split second, and carried on my walk. almost home.

i was staring at my phone with my earphones in, i couldnt hear or see anyone walking towards me when i bumped into him.

"sorry" i yelled because i couldnt hear properly, even if i thought i was speaking at a normal tone.
he motioned for me to take out my earphone.

"its okay, you're quite loud arent you?" he smiled as he spoke, which was pretty cute.

"sorry" i whispered, grinning back.
"its okay, completely my fault, i should've looked up from my phone and moved" he laughed "come on, i want to say sorry by buying you a coffee at sally's cafe" he was doing it again, smiling and talking.

"sure but..." he cut me off.
"no buts!" he exclaimed and grabbed my arm lightly pulling me at his walking speed.
