Ch 5
I looked at my clock the red numbers stated it was 5:00PM. Danr it I have to go to a photoshoot. I groaned and rolled off my bed. I always have to take naps since I'm busy all night. I took a guick shower and straightened my hair. I didn't do anything else cause I have my people to do that. I grabbed my keys and drove to Jake's studio. "Where have you been?I was worried about you, come on it's time to go get your hair and make up done."Jake pushed me to the dressing room. They curled my hair, rubbed tons of make up all over my face, and put fake nails on. I looked at what I was supposed to wear. It was a two piece string bikini that was very revealing. I usually didn't wear this kinda stuff.I was supprised Jake picked this. We were going to the beach, even though it was still winter. Yay I get to freeze my but off standing in the water (sarcasm). I got in my limo and we drove to the beach. Jake was already there because he had to set up all the equipment. I walked over to Jake.
"Hey, where do you want me to stand?" I asked even though I was pretty sure it was in the water. I slipped off my jacket and was ready.
Jake's POV
Amber had slipped off her jacket.I tried to concentrate on my equipment but I couldn't help but to sneak a peek. The bikini looked perfect on her. She had a flat stomach, beautiful toned long legs, and amazing curves.Shit,I have to keep this professional, but she looked too hot for her own good.
"Umm go stand over on that rock." I hoped she didn't hear how my voice crack as I looked at her running to the rock.
I grabbed my camera and walked over to Amber. Her hair was bloowing in the light wind and she looked like a goddess. I started to snap shots. I instucted her to go in the water. I told her we were finished and she grabbed me and pushed me into the water.
"Oh your gonna get it now!" I ripped off my shirt and ran after her. I heard her gasp as she looked at my chest. I was pretty fit I had a 6 pac. I grabbed her waist and spun her until she said Uncle. Amber splashed water all over me and we played like we were 5 yrs old. My mom told us to get out of the water or we'll get sick. We just laughed and got out. I wrapped a towel around both of us. She blushed at our closeness. Amber was so soft and warm.She looked up at me and smiled. I looked at her pink full lips and resisted the urge to put my lips against hers. This is not good. Professional, professional, professional I chanted to my self.
The next day
Amber's POV
Matt got less annoying but I couldn't keep my eyes off him. I saw Candy go up to Matt while I was walking with them and she asked Matt if they wanted to "hangout". What it pretty much means is do you wanted make out with me. I couldn't help but to listen in. He whispered something in her ear and Candy started pouting and she walked away.
"What did you say?" I asked, I was just curious.
"I told her I liked some one else." He liked someone else? My chest started to hurt, it felt tight. This has been happening lately. I wonder why? I told Matt I had to got to the nurse and he offered to go with me but I denied.
"When has you chest started hurting?" the 50 somthig yr old nurse asked.
"When ever I walk with this guy."
"Uh huh and what do you think about him?"
"He's annoying but he can be a good person sometime. I think he's OK."
"You're not sick, I think you're in love."
"What?" Matt, there is no way I could love him, he's MATT. This nurse is crazy.
"Does your chest tighten when you see him talking to a girl?"
"Yes, but I-"
"No buts now go back to your classroom. Here's a little something for your boy troubles, talk to him, see if he likes you."
An old nurse is giving me tips on boys. What is wrong with this world? Am I dreaming? There is no possible chanc I'm in LOVE with Matt.I mentally yelled at my self on my way back to class. I opened the door and gave Mr. Warren my pass. I looked around for a seat. I saw Matt look up and pointed to the seat he saved me. I walked over to the seat and rnd sed to look at him the rest of class.
The Final bell rang and Matt ran after me as I rushed out of class. "Hey, how did the meeting with the nurse go?"
I ignored him and continued to my locker. Crap, I have to give him a ride home. He looked at me the whole car trip,I just drove. I reached his house and he didn't get out."What's up, why won't you talk to me?"
I blurted out entirely by accident "The nurse says I'm in love with you"
"Oh" He got out of the car and waved.
I drove back home and turned on my Ipod really loud and thought to myself Why did I tell him I might be in love with him? He probably thinks I'm a freak. Great.
