Chapter 2

*Asher's POV*

Why am I doing this again? Oh yeah you want to be a normal kid. When Andi Mack ended 2 years ago I started to focus more on my music career. I uploaded a couple originals, but nothing was a complete hit. I thought about giving up my music career, but music is my passion and there was no way I was letting it go.

So here I am standing in the principal's office waiting for god knows what. I stare aimlessly around the room. It's kind of depressing in here, grey walls, black furniture.

I was interrupted from my thoughts when I heard the door open and a petite girl burst through.

"I swear Mr. Bennett it wasn't me!" She exclaimed catching her breath.

"Relax Harley you're not in trouble today." Mr. Bennett replied with a laugh. He had introduced himself earlier and he seems like a nice man.

I looked back at the girl, apparently named Harley. I'll admit she was very pretty. Her light blonde hair contrasted to her icy blue eyes. And her skin was almost porcelain.

She noticed me starring and I looked away blushing. I heard a quiet giggle before Mr. Bennett started talking.

"Asher, this is Harley, she will be giving you a tour of the school."

"Nice to meet you!" I smiled sticking out my hand. She grasped my hand and shook it.

"Likewise." She smiled back.

"I think you to will get along nicely." Mr. Bennett said. I glanced to my left. Harley's smile never left her face. "Harley I'll let you cut your classes to show Asher here around."

"Thank you Mr. Bennett!" Harley replied beginning to walk out the door. I followed shortly behind.

As soon as the door shut Harley began to dance around. "Woohoo no classes for meee"

"You're welcome" I laughed. She turned around and looked at me for a moment before she too began laughing.

"Ok let's begin the tour. So obviously that's the principal's office and right next to that is the main office. The classrooms are pretty easy to find, the 100s on the first floor, 200s on the second floor and the 300s are on the third floor."

We kept walking around the school looking at the different classrooms. They had a great music room here. It was filled with many instruments, but what caught my eye was the many guitars standing up in the corner. I would be spending a lot of time in here.

By the time we finished it was time for lunch.

"Ok here's a little quiz. Try and find the cafeteria." Harley said with a small laugh.

"Ummmm" I tried to access the situation. We were on the first floor so that means the cafeteria is on this floor too. I wandered around with Harley following. I finally came across a narrow hallway. Hmmm I guess that seems kind of familiar. We walked down the hall. I opened the door to reveal the lunch room!

"Nicely done Asher" Harley said from behind me. I laughed.

We walked inside and I was met by dozens of eyes staring at us. I guess it wasn't exactly normal for them to have a "celebrity" walk into their cafeteria.

"Nothing to see here people!" Harley shouted as she grabbed my hand leading me towards a group of people sitting in the corner of the room. I tried to ignore the sparks I felt the second we touched.

"I'm gonna introduce you to my friends. "
