Rules
-The Regime's word is final.
-All children belong to the Regime.
-Every woman in Lowhaven must have one child every two years.
-Any beings of low status may not trespass in Highhaven territory.
-Every person in Lowhaven must work from the age of ten until their demise.
-The Regime's mercenaries regulate all those of inferior quality to Highhaven, and no one may question or contradict this.
-Children born in Lowhaven may not be transferred into Highhaven without the Regimes permission.
If any of these rules are broken, the immediate penalty is death.
