to be able to hug you
and cherish you
in a physical sense?
what does it feel like?
to make memories together
to love each other
more than we have been?
what does it feel like?
to not have a best friend
as good as you?
to not have my face lit up at the drop of a message
and i wonder what if feels like
to simply hear your voice
through my own ears
rather than through my phone
we haven't met before
at least not physically
but i still love you
like a best friend would
i love you so much
that i attempt
to write
