Warning!!! Don't Read If You Don't Like Reading About Death! Or, Just Continue On
-----------------------------------------------------------------------"(Y/N)! My dearest one! You can't stop destiny, my love!" The (H/C) haired female ran down the halls of the Reapers Association. She turned every corner, every hall, everything she could do, just so she can get away from him. Grell Sutcliff. She just HAD to come to the wrong area, at the wrong time. She witnessed her fellow partner, and friend, (F/N) getting brutally murdered with a chainsaw that Grell was wielding. (Y/N) continue to run down the halls, fearing for her safety.
"(Y/N), darling! Don't run from my love!" She gulped as she heard Grell's voice echoing throughout the empty halls. She mentally scold herself for staying after hours as she stumbled across a big door. She mentally fought with herself to go inside, or find another location. That was until a pair of heels hits the flooring with each step that was taken. She knew he was getting close, and ran into the room. Locking the door, she looked around to only see that it was a library. Desperately, as she searched for a place to hide, until, there was a sudden knock at the door.
"(Y/N) my dearest one! Are you in here?" She swallowed nervously as Grell knocked once more on the door.
"(Y/N) darling, there's no one in the way of our love! There's nothing to be scared of anymore!" (Y/N) couldn't believe what she was hearing. She felt like this was the most horrifying thing that has ever happened to her.
Quickly gazing around the room, she saw that there wasn't any good places to hide. Just as her luck was getting better, the knocking on the door didn't cease. She continued to look around, desperately as she ignored her name being called. She saw that the candles that were lighting up the room were going dim, extremely close to dying out. She quickly blew them all out, as she hid in a corner, farthest away from the door, within the now pitch black room. As she stay there, being as quiet as she possibly could, all was interupted as she heard the door knob turn.
"Oh darling~, is the door jammed?" Her breathings came out shakily as the door knob continued to be turned; unable to opening with each try.
"What a pity, this door is beautiful..." That was all she heard, until the sounds of what sounded like a chainsaw being activated.
"But not as beautiful as you my dearest one~!" That was when the door was broken into pieces. She saw the light from the hallway, as well as the man that she feared.
"Darling, where are you~?" Grell said in a sing-song voice as he tried to find his dearest one in the now poorly dimmed room. She quietly placed her back closer to the wall as he neared her.
"Darling?" (Y/N)'s breathing was becoming short and heavy. She mentally scold herself for doing so. Just as she was about to let out another breath, she was soon face-to-face with her hunter.
"Darling! I was wondering where you were! I didn't know we were playing hide and seek!" He giggles as he engulfed her in a hug. She trembled in his arms in fear as he continued to shower her with his love.
"Why are you shaking, dearest one? Are you cold?" She didn't know what to say, after everything that happened today, what could she say?
"Come now, darling~ I'll start a fire for you." Grell said with a smile. (Y/N) couldn't trust him, even with that warming smile. Before the incident, that smile was pure, now, it seems so sinister, so, untrustworthy. She didn't know what to do, so, she just walked up to him as he went to light a match as he placed it within the fireplace; drawing out smoke and fire.
"Come! Sit here with me!" She shakily walked up to him, as she looked at the floor before cautiously sitting down.
"Don't worry darling, ever thing is okay now." The memory from moments ago didn't pass, it didn't stop. It was on replay, it was the worst. (Y/N) began to cry, she wept at her friend's death, she wish she could have been there sooner, she wished this day had never happened.
"Darling! Don't cry! Don't cry...I'm here!" Grell hugged her, trying to calm her down. (Y/N) scrunched up her nose in disgust as she smelt the smell of a metallic liquid. Blood.
"Get away..." (Y/N) mumbled while trembling as tears escaped her eyes.
"What was that dear?" (Y/N) eyes laced with sadness and anger as she pushed Grell off of her.
"Get away from me!" She yelled as Grell sat there in shock, processing what he has just witnessed.
"But Darling, I ju—"
"But darling nothing! I'm not your darling! I never was!" Grell looked up at her with a frown. She just gazed down at him, slightly shaking, but controlling her posture and her way of speaking; as if she wasn't afraid of him anymore, or, at the moment at least.
"I know you don't mean that, darling." Grell smiled slightly, as if he wasn't fazed by her sudden outburst.
"Come, sit with me, my dearest one." (Y/N) grimaced as she felt her friend's blood harden on her skin, making the smell even more unbearable.
"No." She answered bluntly as Grell's countenance fell.
"Darling, is this about (F/N)? I'm sorry, but (she/he) was interfering with us. (She/He) had to go." (Y/N)'s face was crossed, unable to see the good in Grell's motives, unable to relive the memories from her lost friend.
"Do you really expect me to be okay with this!?! You murdered MY FRIEND!" She yelled with traces of venom in her voice, making Grell slightly jump at the tone.
"Darling, I'm extremely sorry! Really, I am! I promise, you'll get over it!" Grell said, trying to relax her with a calming voice. A voice that she wasn't buying or being fond of.
"If you were truly sorry, you wouldn't have killed her! If this is something you cooked up, I find it extremely revolting and twisted!" (Y/N) yelled as Grell looked at the floor, unable to gaze into her (E/C) eyes.
"I love you, (Y/N). I truly do. I did this for us. For we can be together forever..." Grell began as stood up, eye's still glued to the floor.
"No one will get in our way, no one will stop us from our love..." Grell slowly been to walk to (Y/N), each step slow, as if he was being dragged, or controlled in a horribly fashion.
"The world belongs to us, my dearest one. Can't you see?" The (H/C) haired girl began to feel the fear engulfing her once more, as she took a cautious step back as she watch his every move.
"Can you not feel it? In the air. In every object. In this room... Can you...feel it?" His steps, approaching her, as she mirrored his movements as she walked away from him.
"Do you love me, my dearest one?" His walking stopped as he saw that (Y/N)'s back hit the wall. He smiled as he walked right in front of her.
"You can't escape me, my dearest one." He coed as he played with her (H/L) (H/C) hair as she whimpered in response.
"Is my love scared of me?" Grell question as she trembled in front of him.
"That surely won't do..." Grell pouted as he grabbed something out of his long red jacket. When the item was revealed, it looked like a syringe with suspicious purple liquid inside.
"(Y/N), my dearest one... Do you love me?" She just stood there, trembling, as the only thing supporting her from falling is the wall. Grell pouted as grabbed her hand.
"Such a pity...I love you so much that I gave up my darling bassy..." Grell placed the syringe on her skin as tears left her eyes.
"He was my obsession..." Grell began as the syringe went into her skin, making her yelp in pain as she closed her eyes, avoiding contact with Grell, or anything for that matter."But you were more than an obsession..." Grell continued as he injected the liquid into her skin. Her eyes began to feel heavy, as well as the feeling of being weak as she fell to her knees. She gazed at Grell on last time, only to see a frown on his face as he gazed into her (E/C) eyes. Just as her eyes closed, she heard his finally words.
"You will always be mine..."
