It's been almost 2 weeks since X helped me escaped and I can honestly say that everyday my days get brighter, it feels good not being beating everyday for not doing simple tasks like wash the dishes, do laundry, make food or even say something that he didn't like.
Every day he would beat me physically and mentally, I couldn't look my self in the mirror without hearing the words he said about me in my head constantly being reminded of how 'disgusting' I am.
It's been almost 2 weeks, since I have been reunited with my family again, I was kidnapped by Mike right after I finished high school.. me and Mike dated a year before that, I should've known he was always controlling, wouldn't let me do a damn thing.
Stokely looks some much different, he use to be really skinning, he would rarely eat just always got his ass into trouble with his 'friends' at the time. Stokely was always there for me, always supporting every decisions I made even though they were bad.
