"I'm a kpopper, a certified fangirl, and I'm proud of it!"

Yes, I'm really proud of it. I'm not ashamed to admit to people that I like kpop, their most hated genre of music. I honestly don't understand why they don't like kpop.

"You listen to weird songs!"

I get that a lot but I don't care. I would still like kpop even if the whole world tells me not to. And again, I ask this question, why don't they like kpop?

Since the day I've become a kpopper, everything about me was changed. Changed for the good, of course. I became a hardworking student, a very studious one. I study hard to get good grades so that my oppas will be proud of me and of course, my parents too. As a result of my hardwork, I graduated as the school's suma cum laude. And you know what? It's all because of my oppas, they are my inspiration.

My parents are too proud of me. They are so happy for my achievements and as a reward, they gave me an envelope. An envelope? What am I going to do with this?

"Does it contain money?" I ask my mom

"It's more than money, my dear" she replied

"Oh really?" I said as I open the envelope. To my surprise, it is a...

"Plane ticket going to Korea? Is this for real?" I shouted

"Yes dear, we know how much you wanted to go to Korea and see your kpop idols...so there! We brought you a plane ticket as a gift" my dad told me

I was so happy that I don't know what to say. I just run towards them and give them a big warm hug.

"You deserve that. You've done everything for us, that's the least we can do for you" dad said

"least? Are you crazy dad? This is too much! I can go find my future boyfriend with this!" I told him

"so you'll gonna look for your future boyfriend, huh? And who's that?" my mom asked
