I was answering questions from the web site when my phone rang. I jumped and looked around relaxing. On the screen showed Tim Johnson. I pressed answer and brought the phone to my ear.
"Hello Tim how was your weekend?" I asked softly.

"It was good my little brother loved the concert." I heard him say.

"Oh trust me my brother had a blast standing on stage. I'm pretty sure I can't beat that present." I said with a small laugh.

"I beat. So hey I was wondering if you would go out to eat with me tonight?" I heard his nervous laugh.

I wore my normal military wear. He handed me a bouquet of flowers. I put them in a vase and he led me to a truck.
The radio was playing 'wake me up when September ends' by Green Day. I sing along and so does Tim. When we made it to the restaurant he helped me out. He walked in with an arm wrapped around my waist. We went to the reservation desk. The lady looks up a tears form within them. I look closer to see my aunt?

"Sammy is that you?" She asked.

"Hi Aunt Charlene. My date made a reservation." I said leaning on him.

"Oh right." She said leading us to a booth in the back.

We spent hours laughing and getting to know each other. I saw people smiling towards us. When Tim went to pay but found that the customers put money together and paid it for us. So Tim put a huge tip on the table.
He drives me home and walks me to the door. He leans in and his warm soft lips touch mine. We stopped for air. He gives me a bright smile. And I return.

We went on date and our brothers got to know each other. We acted like a great big family.
