Chapter Two: Pinkies POV

I giggled as I watched Rarity flop onto the bed. I put my math work into my bag and sat there, thinking of what to do. "Hey girls," Fluttershy said, her cheeks an apple red, as if she were embarrassed about something.

"Yeah, Sugar cube?" Applejack said, frowning a bit. Fluttershy giggled quietly to herself, and stood up. "Can we go outside for a bit?" I frowned and looked at the girls worriedly. "Actually.. Shy..," Twilight stopped her friend from saying anymore. "Fluttershy, Pinkie has a surprise for you," Twilight told her, giving me a glance. "Wait, I do?"  I asked, baffled. "Yes, you do," Twilight replied, giving a nod to the door. "Um.. Okay?.." This was so sudden! But, I would do anything for Twilight, so I grabbed Fluttershy by the wrist and headed out the door.

"So, Pinkie, we are we going?" She asked, following me as we proceeded down the hallway.  "I.. I don't know." I murmured, looking for somewhere to take her. "Well," Fluttershy said, "what about that flower garden beside the park? Id love to go!"  I hesitated. "U-uh..," I sighed. "Fluttershy, we can't." I could hear the disappointment in her voice as she spoke. "Why??"

"Here," I said as I handed Fluttershy a cupcake. "Eat this while I um.." I couldn't think of the words. Rushing off, I look for something to do.

"Hmm," I saw Bon Bon and Lyra as they were sitting on a bench. "Lyra, Bon Bon!" I squeaked, coming into their view.

Bon Bon seemed to be grinning as buzzes were sounded out loud, and Lyra was just sitting on a bench.

Lyra smiled. "Hey Pinkie!" She nudged Bon Bon hard in the gut, making her drop the phone. "Lyra what the- oh," She said, baffled. "Hello Pinkie."

I waved happily. "Do you girls know any fun places?" They both hesitated for a moment. Lyra gasped and nodded. She pulled up a picture of a map on her phone. "Just give me your number and I'll send it to you." Excitedly nodding, I spoke the number as she put it into the phone quickly.

"All done," she said, putting the phone back into her pocket. "You should get the text in a few." I smiled and hugged Lyra as I bounced off to Fluttershy. "Hey," I said, startling her.

"Huh? Oh! Hi Pinkie!" She squeaked. "Sorry for startling you," I said as I heard a ting. Pulling out my phone, I showed her the map, before continuing. "If we follow this map, we should be going somewhere amazing!" Fluttershy nodded. "That's great!" I bounced off, tucking the small fragile thing into my pocket before pulling Fluttershy along with me.

We head to the east wing,  pushing threw the school entrance. "This way," I sang, skipping along the concrete path. "I memorized the map," Fluttershy told me, tucking her hands into her shirt sleeves.

"That's great!" I bounced to where she told me, and we soon arrived. "Ooh, so pretty!" I heard her whisper. My face instantly became flushed as I moved a curly lock out of my face and to behind my ear. Her hair brushed against my shoulder as I realized how close she actually was.

Not minding it, I knocked on the paint splattered doors embroidered with butterflies. There was a !muffled voice as the door slowly creaked open. Standing at the doorway was a light grey woman, her hair all tangled and snagged. "What do ya want?" She asked, her voice husky and grouchy.

I heard Fluttershy shuffle behind me in fear as I spoke up. "Um, we were wondering if this is our destination?" I took out my phone and showed the map to her as she lowered her thick rimmed glasses. A small grin appeared upon her face. "Pinkie? Oh, yes, please come in!" She replied, opening the door for Fluttershy and me. 

We quietly hurried inside, much to our disapproval, the place was completely empty. "What can I do ya for?" I cleared my throat. "Lyra sent us here, although we're not sure why," Her eyes widened. "Lyra? My daughter?" Both of us gasped. "Lyra.. Is your daughter?" The woman nodded. "Oh, yes. I'm guessing by your surprise you never knew?" We both shook our heads. She mouthed an oh.

"Well, I guess we should be leaving then!" I squeaked. Fluttershy nodded ad we all said our goodbyes and headed for the door to go back.
