jung yeon smiled again, making yoongi's heart flutter. whoever stood this girl up - well, he's missing out on a lot. yoongi admitted to himself.
"yoongi!" jung yeon waved her hand in front of his face.
"y-yea?" yoongi stammered (boy he does a lot of stammering in this book).
"I asked what was your age." moving her chair closer, jung yeon's eyes stared fixed into yoongi's.
why does everyone like invading my personal space? yoongi inwardly groaned. "I'm 20." he lied.
"awww." jung yeon pouted. "I'm 18."
yoongi choked on his saliva, "I-isn't that underage?!"
the bartender (aka he who shall not be named) chuckled, polishing some glasses in front of them. "everyone here is underage. only reason why no one is reporting each other is because 70% of our customers here are underage. and according to Mr Google, our club is one of the best in daegu."
"oh." yoongi shrugged. "then I'm 18."
jung yeon stared at yoongi. "are you serious?" she shook her head in disbelief.
"what? why?" yoongi frowned.
"YOU ACT LIKE A GRANDPA!" jung yeon squealed childishly, her hands holding her stomach in laughter.
yoongi's face formed a look of distaste. "grandpa?"
"she's not wrong pale man, she's not wrong." the bartender's eyes met yoongi's. sticking out his hand he said casually, "i'm suran."
suran's attempted handshake failed, and he drew his hand back sadly as yoongi eyed him up and down.
"suran. isn't that a girl's name?"
the bartender's smile turned into a scowl instantly. "my parents wanted me to be a girl. the rest of my older siblings are all guys."
yoongi's chuckle at that fact was cute off when his phone started to vibrate in his pocket. taking out his phone, the caller id said 'joonster' with a heart emoji.
