Chapter 2:Reunited

POV:Frisk

"Amari?"I ask the mysterious girl.A smile grows on her face.I could see tears form in her chocolate brown eyes.

"Frisk!You're alive!"Amari yells happily.I jump up and try to hug her.

She whispered,"I can't believe you're alive!Don't ever leave us,Frisk"

After our little reunion,I look at my monster friends.They look confused,probably wondering why I hugged her.

Toriel spoke up."Frisk,do you care to introduce us?"

Right!"Guys this is my sister,Amari Akiyama"I say.Amari is smiling,but I can tell that she's scared.

I whispered to her,"Don't worry,they are all nice monsters"

        When Undyne walked up to her to shake her hand,Amari jumped back.

"M-Maybe its best if I just know your names"Amari said.She always was scared of the monsters.

"Hey,we should probably get back to Monsūta and see Mom"Amari says.We continue to the village boundary.

            We made it to the village.I'm not happy about being here.Amari could see that I was unhappy.

You "Hey,they're going to think you're a hero.You've survived the land of monsters"She said,trying to be a good sister.I push past a bush and see Monsūta again.

           Monsūta looks the same as always.Town Hall looks like a basic house.I could see my middle school campus.I could feel the bad memories flood back.I felt a tear fall down my cheek.I look away from that building and see my old house.It's barely a house;it's more like a shack that could hold three people.

           We walk towards the Town Hall to tell the mayor that the monsters will live with us now.Even though the door was closed,I could hear a coversation between an old man and a mourning woman

"My child needs help!"

"I can't risk killing innocent people!"

Some more sobbing.

"I bet that you would send people down if your daughter was down there"

......

"Fine.I'll send two people to find her"

I heard an irritated sigh."My child is non-binary.I would like you to refer to them as that"

After that,the door swung open and I saw my mother.She had the same shade of brown hair like mine,but she had green eyes instead.She was wearing her favorite coat.Her hair was a mess.

She eventually saw me.She started to smile as happy tears fell down her face."Frisk!You're alive!"Mom said in between sobs.I hugged her and whispered,"I'm so sorry,Mom"

After our embrace,Toriel spoke up."Excuse me Frisk,but who is this?"."Guys,this is my mother"I said."It's wonderful to meet you.I'm Narumi Akiyama.I'm Frisk's mom"she says.

"Frisk,do you want to go back to our house?"Mom asks me.I shake my head no."Sorry,but I have to tell the mayor that the monsters are freed"I say.I walk up onto the porch and knock on the door.A rough,masculine voice said,"Come in".I walked into the mayor's office.It looked so nice.I've never been in here.Then I saw the mayor.He was wearing a suit and tie.I could see a couple gray hairs in his black hair.When he saw me,he gasped."Frisk.But-But you fell into Mt.Ebott"he stuttered out."I DID fall into Mt. Ebott,but I got out by freeing the monsters"

When I said that,he became angry."Why would you do that?Now the town is at risk of being killed by those freaks!"he yells at me.I yell back,"They're not like that!They are actually really nice if you get to know them.Maybe you would know that if you weren't so racist and naïve"

          "Why are you protecting them?They did try to kill you in the Underground,right?"he says.I am losing my patience with this man."Yes,they did try to kill me.But they are nice!And I will protect them with my life because I am their ambassador!"I say proudly."And if you're going to kill them,you'll have to kill me too.They saved my life and I'm willing to risk my life to save them"I say defensively.

After a period of silence,the mayor sighed in defeat."Fine.Frisk,They can stay on the surface,but if they attack one villager,they will be banished from Monsūta"he says sternly.

As I walked out of the mayor's office,my monster friends looked nervous."FRISK.WHAT DID THE HUMAN-IN-CHARGE SAY ABOUT US STAYING IN THIS VILLAGE"Papyrus yelled,causing Mom and Amari to jump from the unexpected outburst."Well,he said that you can live here,but he also said that if you hurt one villager,you're dead"I say to them."I don't think that he has to worry about that!"Undyne says.That's ironic coming from her,considering she wanted me dead even though I spared every monster.

"Frisk,do you want to go home again?"Mom asks me."Yes!"I say.There's one family member that I haven't been reunited with yet.During our walk,I ran into the mayor's daughter gossiping with some kids our age.I try to walk faster so that I can avoid being bullied,but that failed miserably.Yami,the mayor's daughter,said,"Wow,the freak actually survived the mountain!"

"S-Shut up,Yami"I utter out."What was that freak?"she said again,pushing me again."I said shut up,Yami"I say a little louder.She just laughed."What are you going to do,freak?You don't even know how the gender spectrum works!You're either a boy or a girl,there's no in between!"she says while pushing me on the ground.Her clique started giggling at her kicking dirt in my face.I saw Sans step in front of me."Heya kid,d o y o u w a n n a h a v e a b a d t i m e?"he says with his empty eye sockets."Sans,no.Remember the promise?"I remind him.He grunts."Fine.You just got lucky this time,you little-"

"SANS!!Toriel yells quickly.Yami started giggling."Well,I've got to get home.Father doesn't like it if I'm late"she said like a proper brat."We should continue our way to my house"I say,before I heard Yami mutter,"Furīku(freak)"

I mutter back,"Sukunakutomo watashi wa jissai ni wa hontō no tomodachi ga iru(At least I actually have real friends).She heard that and yelled,"Anata to chigatte, sukunakutomo watashinochichi wa jissai ni watashi o aishiteimasu!(At least my father actually loves me).I felt my hand curl up into a fist.Before I knew what was happening,I had punched that plastic bitch in that face."You-You just punched me!"she said.I walked away from her while she kept complaining.

            Eventually,we reached my house."Guys,stay out here for a bit.There's someone that I want to see real quickly"I say.I open the door,just to see my brother Riku reading my only Attack on Titan manga."Watashi no manga wa anata no dokushodesu ka?(Is that my manga you're reading?)"I yell at him.He jumps and drops the manga.He looks at me and smiles."Frisk!You're alive!"he says while hugging me."Aishiteruyo, kyōdai(I love you,bro)"I whisper."I love you too,Frisk"he says back.

        "So,the monsters are freed from their monster prison,then?"he said."How-How did you know?"i asked him."I think that I saw them outside the house"he says."Well,they are going to stay here because they need someplace to sleep"I tell him.His smile melts."Frisk...we barely have enough room in this house for 3 people,let alone 9 people"he says.

I guess he saw my frown because he said,"Well,they're is a village nearby that is rubble.I discovered when trying to discover a quiet place to read"he says.I say enthusiastically,"What are we waiting for!Let's go!"

We made it to the abandoned village.This village was disturbing.There was a couple buildings that were burnt down.There were ashes all over that ground."I guess that they will stay here.Just stay away from this village's town hall.Apparently,the family was murdered there"Riku said.

"We'll be okay,Frisk.Go back to your famiy"Toriel said.I leave them there and return to Monsūta
