Once upon a time there was this girl. A little happy girl. She used to smile every day. She used to spend a whole day outside, playing in a park with friends, or just spending great time with her family. The name of this little girl was Beatrice.
She started going to school. Everything was great. She didn't know a lot of people, but she had one friend that she has known for a few years. Her name was Ann.
Beatrice, or as her friends called her Bea, wasn't very friendly. She didn't like to talk to people she didn't know, as her mum taught her - never take candy from a stranger... the same was with kids in school.
But there was this one girl in her class, her name was Inna. Bea doesn't realy remember how did she actually meet her. One day they were just to strangers, but a day later they were like sisters, they were unbreakable.
Inna was also shy, but there was one difference between two of them. Bea had a strong attitude. She was brave, she didn't care about anyones oppinion and she would always, always protect people she loved. Her family and Inna were that people.
5th grade. First day of school. Changing teachers and classmates.
Inna and Bea came together, wearing absolutely redicilous clothes that they loved. They were afraid, because they might split. The teachers were saying names of the kids. Teacher from class A3 said Beas name. She had to get in the classroom with others. She was looking at the door, waiting for it to open... and it opened. A girl walked in but it wasn't Inna.
Bea couldn't wait anymore, she walked up to the door, but in that moment it opened. She smiled. It's her best friend who opened it. They are in same class!
As the time was passing by they met new friends, but they didn't forget each other. Bea realy loved Inna, she destroyed everyone who would try to hurt her. If someone hurt Inna, Bea would never even say a word to them, she would hate them. But Inna was kinda different. She cared more about her relation with other people than Beas feelings. And it hurt. Bea was very hurt.
Summer after 6th grade. Inna changed. A lot. She lost her personality, her own oppinion, she became what everyone wanted her to be. She also became 'a popular girl'. But she didn't forget Bea... or at least she tought she didn't...
Bea wasn't that popular, not because she couldn't be, but because she didn't want to. She didn't want to become a fake, she wanted to stay who she is. She was still friends with Inna, they still loved each other very much, but Inna started hurting Bea.. she probably didn't notice it, but she started ignoring her, making fun of her, forgeting her...
Bea had a lot of friends that didn't realy like Inna. There were stories told, everyone was talking behind her back, even her so called 'best friends'. Everyone but Bea. Bea was always defending her, even tho Inna hurt her a lot, she loved her. But, also, Bea was an honest person. She would say everything she thinks, and Inna knew that. Bea also believed in something called true friend. And as she wants to stay a true friend to her best friend, she must tell her the truth. Thats exactly what she did. She told her about everything people were saying, even tho she didn't think that and it was hard for her too. And thats how their friendship ended.
Bea tought she was fine. "I don't want a friend that doesn't appreciate honesty" she used to say. She had other friends who conviced her she was okay. But she wasn't...
about 4 months later, October. School started again. It was awkward seeing Inna with other friends every day. But Bea had other friends too.. her new bast friend was Ally, a girl from her class. They were very similar. They were having fun and Bea was happy. At least she tought she was.
Ally started changing too and Bea was very sad, she told her she didn't wanna lose her like she lost Inna.
And then she realised it. She lost Inna. She lost her best friend, her sister, the only person that knew her heart well enough...
Bea was agonised. She cried a lot. Almost every day. She was depressed, she couldn't smile...
But still she was strong. She was also a very cold person. Soulless. She never let anyone see her tears, her weakness. But when she found Inna she found a soul inside her, she was no longer soulles. She found a person that could see her tears and turn them into a smile. She learnt how to let people in... but she didn't. When Inna was gone her heart became cold again. But she wasn't a person who would just sit around and feel sorry for herself. She was strong, cold, didn't care about what others think. So she said it. Everything. Bea opened her heart to Inna, and she accepted it.
Bea started smiling again. She had her best friend again. She was happy. But not for a long time...
Once you break someones trust, you broke it. Forever. It can be fixed but can't be unbroken. And once you lose a person you don't unlose them, you just try to get them again. And Bea tried. A lot. But she just couldn't get Inna back.
She couldn't take it anymore. She cried again. She started cutting. She wasn't happy. She couldn't smile.
After a few months they became closer, but still not the same as before. Inna found out about cutting. She tried to help Bea but she didn't know that her friendship was all Bea wanted and needed.

As the time was passing by Bea stopped cutting. She didn't get exactly what she wanted but she decided that she has to be strong again. She has to be a fighter. She is a fighter. She knew there was one thing that had to be done. Her hurt must be frozen again. "Ignore it. Don't feel. Don't let anyone know"
