"Erwin!"Levi's voice echoed all over the HQ in the middle of the night. His blue eyes were full of tears and he was covered with sweat from his head to his toes. His sudden shout made Hanji wake up and run to his room, once again. She knew that Levi had problem with sleep, but night by night his problem was getting worse. Once she reached at his room she saw Levi looking his hand and saying some words "Once again the same nightmare, once again the same feeling at my hands. The feeling of a dead body" he was clearly scared and worried about all his comrades, but mostly Erwin. He had a special bond with him from the day he joined the Survey Corps. Hanji went next to him and gave him some pills. "Take them. They will help you to sleep" she said with worried voice and tried to convince him to take them. After long time Hanji trying convince him he took the pills and slept like an angel. The next morning the sun went through the window and the curtain and hit his tiring face and made him wake up. As soon as he sat normally on the bed Hanji knocked the door and with her caring voice asked him "May I come in? I brought you breakfast" she added before Levi gives her the permission to come in. Once she came in a platter with croissants, marmalade and tea made it's appearance along with her. "I woke up in the middle of the night, didn't I?" He asked and looked at Hanji's eyes when she put down the platter. "The truth is that yes you did, but this time you called Erwin" she said and her eyes changed expression and from happy they went sad and full of worry. "I see. You have nothing to worry about. It's only a nightmare and I'm sure-"a knock at the door made him stop talking and give the ok to come in. A boy tall, with brown hair and green eyes came in. That's Eren "Corporal Levi, commander wants to talk to you" he said with a salute. You could clearly see the worry into his green eyes. "Tell him that I will be there in 10 minutes and don't worry I'm fine" he said without looking at Eren and started eating. After a while Levi stand up from the bed and wore his uniform. He went to Erwin's office and knocked the door. "Come in Levi" Erwin's voice was calm and confusing at the same time. Levi stepped in and saw Erwin looking the plans of the new expedition and was confused. "Did you want me Erwin?" Levi's voice made Erwin look at him "Yes. I wanted to see with you the plans for the next expedition" Erwin answered After that answer Levi went next to him and looked at the plans. At his own suprise he saw that his squad and Erwin's were at the first line with the mission to get the titans distracted while Hanji's squad use the new weapons to kill them quick. This new weapon was made of steel and it could kill more than one titan in one blink of an eye. "Just ike my dream" Levi thought and his heart started aching a bit, but as always he didn't show any feeling. "Do you think we can make it alive from that expedition?" Erwin asked still looking at the plans "If you have faith in your comrades we will" Levi answered, but the truth is that he wasn't sure if they will live tomorrow either. After some hours of explaining and training the sun started going down and give the place to a beautiful full moon with millions stars for company. As soon as the night came Levi went to his room and took a shower. When he went into the shower he closed his eyes letting the hot water fall on his body clearing all his scars and his wounds from blood and dirt. "I wish that dream stays as dream and survive tomorrow as we always do" he thought and leaned his head back. Once he finished the shower, he took some pills that Hanji left him and layed down. He didn't sleep right away though. He was worried about Erwin and the expedition tomorrow. Long time passed before he manage to sleep with the help of the pills that Hanji gave him. The next morning he woke up by Hanji's voice "Wake up shortie! Expedition today!" His blue eyes opened and looked at Hanji with anger "If you call me like that again I swear I'm gonna make you suffer, shitty four eyes" he said before stand up. Hanji giggled and said with serious tone this time "Get ready. You have to be at the gate in 20 minutes so we can start" and then left. After 20 minutes Levi was ready and next to Erwin, who shout out the start of the expedition. "Stay in formation and we will survive like we always do!" Those were the last words before the gate open and run out the walls. The plan was working perfectly and everyone was covering each other. That had as result everyone be safe with some scratches only. Some hours before the expedition finish Levi was about to kill his last titan and keep going, but he didn't use his gas right and once he tried to kill it he fell on the floor. That had as result to get injured and not being able to move. He thought that this was the end when he saw the titan coming closer and getting ready to eat him, but something or more correctly someone protected him. He opened his eyes and saw Erwin's arm bitten by the titan. "Erwin!!" His voice was full of sadness and some tears made their appearance at his beautiful blue eyes. Erwin looked at him and he was in a lot of pain so he signals to Levi call out for retreat. Levi's voice got serious once he called for retreat and they went back into the walls quick. Erwin's wound was serious and it needed to be cleaned and bandaged quick. His life now was on a string.
