Alright so some books are mature and some people are not okay with reading mature books. If you ARE NOT okay with reading mature books, tell me in PM. I would like to know before judging starts, so please tell me if you are uncomfortable reading mature books.
On a lighter hand on things, I have made judging criteria! Check it out judges! And consestants too if you are curious.
10 points: Cover and Summary. Is the cover intriguing or catch the eye? Does the summary match the story?
10 points: Interest. Does the book page turning or keep you wanting more?
10 points: Creativity. Is the book plot creative? Does it seem original?
10 points: Spelling and Punctuation. Are there spelling or punctuation errors?
10 points: Description. Are the books characters, settings, and actions described enough so you can picture what is happening?
Total points out of 50.
The judging criteria you don't have to follow, but it is recommended. If you follow the criteria, you would order them from highest points to lowest points. If not, order them from favorite to least favorite and give a brief description as to why you thought this.
