"Settle down class!"😮 The teacher called, "We will be having a new student arriving today. I hear she had a rough past so be nice to her, and don't mention her past, OK?"😧
"Yes Ms. Lee!" The class responded dully.😬
We walked in, Itami in control.
😊"Hello, my name is Crystal Yukimori!"😶 Itami addressed professionally.
"Hello Crystal!" The class responded.😇
I could hear whispers all around the classroom.
I decided not mention my mental disorder to see how these kids are to a "normal" student.
I was about to take a seat when a student in the back row yelled out "Where are you from?"😕
Itami began to get flustered so Mary took over.
😐"I was born in Japan, but moved here since both my parents knew more English than Japanese."
"Where do you live?" A girl from the center roll asked.😀
Victoria suddenly took over.
😒"I live in Pepperlane Orphanage House for Teens"😶 Victoria sputtered out.
The whispers began again.
"So, are you an orphan?"Another girl asked😦
😒"Yes"😶 Victoria said without hesitation.
"OK class, you can ask her more questions later."😅
"Yes Ms. Lee!" The class responded.😇
