SHEREEN POV:

    As I woke up I instanly grabbed my phone to check if skyler had texted me back.

     Nope.

      The first day of summer vacation and I'm suppose to surprise skyler with a visit to her house. I walked down stairs with the smell of bacon stuck in my nose, it smelt so good. I saw my mom cooking Bacon, eggs, and grits.

      "Morning shereen."mom greeted, "want some breakfast?"

       "Ofcourse."I smiled. I can never turn down food... NEVER!!!!

My mom gently placed a plate with eggs and grits on it, not to much eggs, not to much grits, just perfect!

         After I had eaten I rushed back up stairs only to find my phone blowing up with notifications, mostly from my fans. ( I dance.) I quickly read through my notifications to find skyler... still no text from her, that's unusual.

     maybe she hasn't woke up yet, I mean its only 8:00. I thought.

      I turned on my wii to watch Netflix, the Titanic is my favorite movie to watch and I can't wait to watch it with skyler! So I decided to watch the walking dead instead, a season or two wouldn't hurt. Halfway through the 1st season my phone made a *ding ding ding* sound. Skyler has finally texted me! I smiled because she texted me a whole paragraph. As I read the paragraph my smile began to fade. It said *Goodmorning Shereen
your sweet girlfriend isn't awake right now but I am! I know your little secret shereen... YOU GODDAMN FAGGOT!!! I hate you're kind! I kindly got rid of your girlfriend... maybe you'll turn straight

            Tears came crashing down on my hoodie. Who would do something like this? I thought. What happened to skyler? I hope she's okay. My mind was racing. My first time seeing skyler and she's probably tied up and beaten... Great!

       I quietly left home and ran all the way to skyler's home. The door was unlocked so I snuck in quickly and searched all the rooms except hers. My heart racing I slowly opened skylers door to only find skyler tied up and badly beaten... and the person to be behind this was standing right infront of me...

  

   MY DAD?!?!?!?!
   
   "Dad?!" I shouted, "what are you doing!?"

    "Saving you! All of my kids are not going to be homosexuals, do you understand?" my dad asked.

    I stared at skyler who was absolutely sobbing her eyes out, then to my dad who looked complete evil.

     My anger grew as I balled up my fist and charged at my dad. Then something attacked me, it was skylers stepdad. Now I was completely confused. My father walked toward me with an evil smirk on his ugly face.

        "Its for the best shereen, I'm sorry it has to be this way." my dad whispered," You see. I don't want a lesbian daughter and neither does Carlos."

      I tried to break from Carlos's grip but he was to strong. Tears came rushing down my face as my dad grabbed a rope and and tied my feet and hands together.

      "You wanna be with skyler, shereen? Fine, you will be." my father yelled as he kicked me in my face.

      Complete silence. Complete darkness. I was knocked out cold.

      I woke up next to skyler who was crying her eyes out! I quickly lunged towards skyler and hugged her tightly, she wrapped her arms around me two and we stayed like that for 10 minutes. We finally stopped huggimg and looked at eachother. Her beautiful face was bruised and busted. I wiped her tears away and pressed my lips against hers. That whole day we said nothing except "I love you" and "are you okay?"

   It didn't go as planned to make it special when I see her but atleast we were together.
