[Reader's POV]

I stir around in my bed for a few minutes before deciding to get up and ready. I look around my room a little bit, wondering how I got here last night. 'I must've fallen asleep and Jimin carried me home.' I thought to myself as I got up.

After a quick shower and some breakfast, I left for school. "Y/n!" I hear from behind me. I turn around to see the boys running towards me. "What're you guys doing here?" I ask, noticing Jimin was missing. "And where's Jimin?" I ask. "He said he had something important to go to." Jin says and I nod my head.

We get onto school grounds and I instantly start to quiet down. "I'll see you guys in first period." I whisper before walking to my locker. I see the boys walk off to first period while I got my things.

As I was walking to my first period, I notice Jimin casually walking down the hallway. I speed walk up to him, nudging his shoulder. "Where were you this morning? The boys walked with me today and you weren't there." I whisper. He looks down at me and smiles. "Don't worry about it, I'm here now aren't I?" He asks ruffling my beanie. I shrug my shoulder and walk into first period, Jimin trailing behind.

"Since testing is just around the corner, I'll be assigning you guys a group project," The teacher says making the students around the class groan. "Yeah I know I'm a horrible person. Anyway, you'll be in a group of two to three and hopefully completing this project by the next few days." She says. "I hope we get paired together." Jin whispers next to me. I turn to him and smile, nodding my head.

In the end, Jin and I didn't get partnered up but Jungkook and I did. "It's okay, Jungkook is good in groups." He reassures and I nod my head. I look over at Jungkook to see Taehyung crying about not getting Jungkook as a partner, but getting Yoongi. "He's going to yell at me, Jungkook!" Taehyung cries. Jungkook just laughs awkwardly and pats his back.

Jimin walks over to me and puts his arm around my shoulder, a smile on his face. "Want to go on adventure after school?" He asks. I turn to him and shrug my shoulders. "I have to work with Jungkook on that project, maybe after." I say quietly. His smile drops but nods his head anyway.

The school day soon comes to an end, Jungkook and I walking to my house so we could work on that project. "Do you like the school so far, Y/n?" Jungkook asks. "Yeah its nice. I just wish I could take off this stupid beanie." I chuckle.

After Jungkook and I got to my house, we started on the project. Luckily my mom wasn't home to bother us. "Why did you move schools anyway Y/n?" Jungkook asks and I shrug my shoulders. "I have no idea to be honest. I'm glad I did though, or else I wouldn't have met you guys." I smile making him smile back at me.

Jungkook and I work for a few hours before my phones starts to go off with text messages from Jimin. 'It might have been a mistake giving him my number yesterday...' I thought as I grabbed my phone out of my bag and answering.

Jimin:

Are you still with Jungkook?
Y/n?
Y/n!
Agh, just answer me soon please.

Y/n:

Yes I am still with Jungkook but we're almost done, what do you need?

Jimin:

Remember earlier I asked if you want to go on an adventure? When you're done with Jungkook text me and I'll be over.

Y/n:

Fine, whatever.

I set my phone down and get back to working with Jungkook. "What did Jimin want?" He asks. "Earlier today he asked if I wanted to go with him somewhere and he was bothering me about it." I say as I wrote down the last few things for today.

"Bye Y/n!" Jungkook yells as he waves goodbye. "Bye Jungkook, be safe getting home!" I yell as he runs down the street. As soon as Jungkook had left, I texted Jimin to let him know he was able to come over. "God that boy, where would we be going anyway?" I ask myself.

After changing into some different clothes and washing my face, I leave a note for my mom that I was going to be out again with Jimin. Right when I finish writing the note I hear a knock at the door. I slip my shoes on and open the door to face a grinning Jimin.

While Jimin and I were walking side by side on the sidewalk, he stayed silent. I was curious as to where we were going, but stayed silent as a part of me wanted it to be a surprise. "You're probably wondering where we're going, huh?" Jimin asks. "Yes and no, but I can wait." I say. He smirks and turns the corner, dragging me along.

We walk for a little bit more before stopping in front of what looks like a dance studio. "I want to show you something." Jimin says pulling out a key and unlocking the studio. As we walked in, the lights turned on and lit up the big room. "Woah..." I whisper. "It's cool isn't it?" Jimin asks and I nod my head.

Jimin starts up some music before walking over to me. "This is where I was this morning, practicing." He says. "Not to be nosy, but for what?" I ask. "The guys and I are planning on auditioning at Big Hit." He says making my eyes widen. "Really!? Jimin that's awesome!" I exclaim making him chuckle.

Trying out at Big Hit is a big deal, you could either get accepted and debut right then and there, or be rejected and not debut at all. When Jimin told me they were planning on trying out, not only was i brought brought excitement, but nervousness as well.

"Want to see what I've been working on?" He asks. "Hell yeah I do!" I exclaim and leave to sit in the far corner, getting a good angle. Jimin laughs at my words before starting up some music.

I tap my foot to the beat of the song, watching Jimin closely. He was good. Really good. The way his body moved with the music was in perfect sync, he hadn't made a mistake, it was all perfect. It's like he had been practicing over and over again to perfect every move. And he had done just that.

The music ends and Jimin tries to catch his breath. "That was amazing Jimin," I say standing up and walking towards him. "If you can do that, I can just imagine what you guys can do together." I say. "Its our vocals that really matter, but being able to dance is another good thing. I had been the only one not able to perfect this dance, everybody else had been able to in a short period of time while I was left behind," He explains. "But now I think I have it down." He whispers the last part.

Jimin and I stand in silence, letting the music fill our ears. "Have you ever danced?" Jimin asks, breaking the silence. "When I was younger, yes. But now I don't really do it as much." I explain. I see a smile form on his face. "What's with the smile?" I ask. He steps closer to me and cups my face with his hands, making direct eye contact with me.

"Dance with me" He whispers.
