Y/n was in a corner, jumping every time the thunder hit, the look on her face was pure terror I didn't even need to sneak up on her she was so distracted, I took of my jacket placing it on her shoulders, instantly calming the cat girl, who's tail was wrapped around herself, and her ears were down, she was humming to herself trying to block out the sound pulling on my jacket wrapping it further around her, I took off my headphones placing them on her ears she looked at me and mouthed thank you, I smiled at her sitting down placing the girl on my lap facing me and rubbed her back in circles calming her completely, she snuggled into me falling asleep, I hugged her, before moving her off my lap, standing up, and carrying her out of the guild to her house glaring at anyone who looked my way, and Mira's smirk she knew I liked her, about halfway to my house she started purring which was adorable, I unlocked her door and sat her on the bed, "Laxus don't leave me," she mumbled in her sleep I had a smirk on my face, as I laid down beside her pulling her to my chest quickly falling asleep.

I woke up feeling arms surrounding me, Laxus was hugging me and nuzzling into my neck I smiled, still wearing his jacket and headphones, I squirmed out of his arms much to his disapproval, I smiled placing a kiss on his cheek, before heading to the kitchen, and making eggs, hash browns, and lighting berry waffles, and headed to wake up my giant teddy bear, who I've been dating for a year, "Laxus," I purred into his ear, he groaned, "Five more minutes." "I made food~," I whispered, his eyes shot open, I swear it's the number one weakness to all dragon slayers, "Come on," I said taking his hand and pulling him with me, he was still groggy, which made it a lot easier, I sat him in a chair handing him 13 waffles, 6 eggs and 3 hash browns, and of course coffee, which he ate gleefully, I smiled, eating only one of each, then standing up placing his headphones back on his ears, and his jacket back on his shoulders, and kissing his cheek, I could've swear he blushed, before continuing eating, I laughed, taking my plate and placing it in the sink and grabbing a book sitting on the couch, humming a tune while reading, till I felt arm wrap around me, I set the book down, snuggling up towards the warmth, he kissed the top of my head, then set his headphones on my ears, I looked at him confused, he just blushed looking away, I smiled humming to the song in my ears.
