Me and Hiro walk down an empty street. The only sound is the sound of cars going by. Hiro leads me into an abandoned ally as a bunch of people crowd around. The voices are loud as some have small bots in their hand.

We cut through the crowd of taller people and to the front as a large man sits with a controller in his hand and a bot in the middle. A person sits opposite of him as his hands shake.

The man makes the finishing blow ripping the bot to smithereens. The crowd cheers louder as the large man cheers with them yelling, "Who's next?!" He voice roars out. People in the crowd hide their bots or just break them.

Hiro steps up and looks at the man. "C-Can I try?" The crowd quiets down for a moment before they all erupt into laughter. "Beat it, kid. You gotta have money to play. House rules." Hiro looks up before he fishes into his pocket and pulls out a wad of cash.

"Oh, I got cash. Will this do?" He sets the money down on a small plate kind of thing. The large man smirks. "What's your name kid?" Asks the large man.

Hiro sits down with the controller and his bot. "Hiro. Hiro Hamada." A woman holds an umbrella in front of them, spinning it. The man cracks his neck as Hiro follows.

"2 bots enter, 1 bot leaves."

The women start the match as Hiro's bot wobbles to its feet. The smiley face makes it look like a children's toy.

The large man's bot tears Hiro's to pieces. The crowd roars with cheers as they yell, "Yama! Yama!" That must be the man's name. Interesting.

"Can I try again? It was my first try." He fishes more money from his pocket as he sets it down on the platter. The women skips the beginning as she just begins the game.

The man's smirk remained as Hiro's lips tug into a small smirk. His controller expanded and his bots smiley face turned a pissed off red.

Yama looked a bit startled at Hiro's improvement. The fight had begun as Yama launched at Hiro.

His bot quickly dodged as they both begun to battle. After the battle, Hiro had taken the victory with a smile.
