That Wednesday was moody. Of course, it was already November. Rain poured down from the skies and grey colours painted the heavens. Isaac Williams on his way to home from school got attacked and dragged to the Hollowswood forest.

He didn't really make out who the attacker was, and he was afraid too. Isaac struggled but it was futile. He was too quick and strong. At least he was sure the attacker was male. Who would want to attack him though? And why? For sure, those questions will be answered one way or another.

Isaac then, stopped struggling and started running along with the strange attacker. At least he didn't want to hurt him. They were running for 5 minutes now and it seemed like they would be running for more than 10 minutes to hide deep into the forest. Every passing second seemed to Isaac as a year.

"HEY!!!" , he shouted at some point.
"WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?!", he added.

The stranger didn't answer. He just kept running faster than before. Isaac thought why did he do that but then he listened. He could listen someone or some people running too. He looked at the trees behind him and saw something gleaming. Maybe silver?! But why?! That is when he started acknowledging his condition. He probably was prey to someone who could be potentially a mythical creature probably made up from the village people near the winter fire; a vampire. He was thrilled and scared to death at the same time!

In addition to the aforementioned new information, he also realised, that the people trying to bring down his attacker, were hunters! But gladly, they slowly, but surely, would catch up to them and as soon as he could make them clearly out he gasped. The sigils all over their weapons, their hats and boots were the same as the Cole Family sigils!

Then, it suddenly occured to him, to help those persuaders that he knew were against the vampire he didn't know and was afraid of. He tried all that was within his powers to stall the vampire but failed unfortunately. Afterwards, the vampire slowed down and jumped in one tree and then in several others till he reached something gate-like and hidden in the branches of all the forest trees. He firstly made sure there was no one else watching him besides Isaac and whispered : "Perfer et obdura, dolor hic tibi proderit olim. (Be patient and tough; someday this pain will be useful to you.) The gate opened and the vampire bit Isaac right in the middle of his neck.

Isaac opened his eyes and tried to stand up in vain. He felt his head as heavy as all the iron of this world. After some painful moments he kind of succeded to look ahead of him and maybe examine his surroundings. It was clear, at least, that he was alone in there and that he was alone. It was one room with the bare neccasities in it. Isaac could not get out. He even tried to open the exit door by telling those latin words the vampire used to open it. The door did not even move an inch.
