Driftin' away orochi x claire

Hi guys.

I wanted to write this in one of my books but I couldn't choose, so I put it here. The lyrics are jumbled btw, just letting ya know before ya read.

It's a short story and well, most people don't do their own ocs in these books. So I decided to change it, mix it up a bit, ya know?

Claire sat on her bed, thinking about orochi. They were separating, all because of Zac. Zac had spread two rumours. Claire was dating valt (which is bonkers considering Claire is older than valt. Get ya facts straight Zac!) and orochi was dating this girl name Isabella. So, Claire and orochi wouldn't even look at each other. All Zac's fault. All his fault.

I'm slowly drifting away.

Wave after wave, wave after wave.

Orochi sat at his desk. He couldn't get her out of his head. "Claire..... how could you do this....." he said to himself, staring as a picture of him and Claire. She was dating valt? But she was older than him! (SEE ZAC! GET! YOU! FACTS! RIGHT!) orochi put the photo away and sighed. "this is what happens when you love a shiragajio girl....."

I wish I could make it easy.

But still I reach,

To find a way,

I'm stuck here in between,

I'm looking for the right words to say.

Zac felt slightly bad. Only slightly. He sat in his dressing room, brushing his hair. He spread the rumours so that everyone's favourite DJ and Zac's new singing partner would break up, making more headlines in the news. He needed it. Doing this, he might get more songs from Claire, and more music from orochi. Sad songs maybe, but songs none the less.

Claire was constantly in her room. Whenever she wasn't at Zac's studio singing, or at school learning, she would skip beyblade practice with the beyclub and Rideout to go sit in her room. She would take a longer way to school, purposely being late so she wouldn't have to walk with orochi like she usually did.

One day, Claire woke up early to deliver song lyrics to Zac. She wore her usual clothes, but wore a red and black hoodie over it. Claire had caught the bus. She sat down on a seat, listening to music. As the bus started to move, one of Zac's songs came on, and it had Claire singing and orochi playing music. She closed her eyes, remembering the day they first performed together. The bus stopped. Claire opened her eyes and frowned. This wasn't the stop. Who was catching the bus?

Orochi stepped onto the bus, classical music filling his ears. He saw only one seat; a seat next to someone with a red and black hoodie. orochi couldn't see the face, but he sat down next to the person. He looked at the person next to him. he could tell it was a girl, and a I-pod lay in her lap. He looked at the girl next to him. "take off the hoodie please." He said. When the girl ignored orochi, he had no choice. He gently took off the hoodie, but she didn't notice.

Claire hadn't notice orochi take off her hoodie. But she did notice when somebody took out her earphones. "hey! What the hec-" she turned to face the person but hear shattered. "orochi." The male with blue eyes stared at her. "I need to tell you something. I'm not dating Isabella." He said firmly. Claires eyes sparked with hope for a minute before quickly dying. "that's what they all say." She growled, stuffing her earphones back on her ears. "ok, then you are dating valt?" he asked. The blond looked at him. "I'm not dating valt. He's sweet, a nice kind, but he's too young for me." She said dryly. Orochi gave her a sceptical look. "that's what they all say." He mocked. Claire looked away. "why?" they both asked each other.
