Chapter ~ Two

For some few seconds, I couldn't believe it was just a dream.

"Yo!, Dee what's up man?"

I turned around and saw my best friend Enoch staring at me with a confused look on his face, he had no idea he just ruined my perfect night with my imaginary comforter. I smiled as I approached him at a slow pace.

"Are you okay man?"

I didn't say a word as I kept approaching him with a smile on my face, I got right in front of him and punched him in the face, holding him up by the collar of his white polo T-shirt.

"The next time you come in here and see me asleep with a pillow in between my legs and some in my embrace please walk out gently and lemme enjoy my perfect date and hot sex you just ruined".

Enoch stared at me with a serious glare for a few seconds and burst into laughter, he loves to pull my legs I guess that's what makes him more fun to be around.

"You were having a date and sex with your pillow".

He continued laughing out loud, I shouldn't have let him in on it, he will make fun of me till I guess a snail wins a race with a cheetah which won't be happening forever!!.

"Yeah, I shouldn't have told you that right?!!"

"Hell yeah you shouldn't but I'm glad you did, you just made my day."

He continued laughing even louder, I sighed quietly I guess my day just got worst! I turned around quietly.

"Where are you off to man?".

"I'm going to take a shower dummy!".

He threw himself on my bed and began portraying how I was sleeping with my pillows in his legs and arms, he is good at imitating people, but he is annoyed when he begins to get on my nerves.

I sighed and went into the bathroom pretending to ignore that freaking annoying son of a two-sided witch I've as a best friend. I turned on the shower and washed down naked as the water passed through my hair, down to my face and perfectly well-built body, all the memories began rushing back, this breakup was going to be harder than I thought.

"Derrick!! Are you going to die in the shower!!?"

I heard the most annoying person on this planet's voice echoing from my vast bedroom. I got out of the shower and dried myself up and came out in my underwear.

"So where are we going today? I feel like having fun today".

Wow, he changed the topic, boy how glad I was to hear a different thing from him.

"Let's ride around in the city?"

We both had all the money we could need, how and whom to spend it with was the only problem. We got out in our luxurious sports cars it's been days since I last got out of my mansion... We raced on the highway without any worries we had the money to pay for any ticket issued to us so it was all about having fun and it seemed to be getting a lot off my mind as the annoying brat tried to beat me on the highway.

(Cellphone rings)

I heard my cellphone ring, it was Enoch.

"Are you calling to forfeit ?"

"Yeah man, I'm running on an empty stomach let get something to eat at the restaurant."

Wow finally a relief, I've something to smile about as we park in front of the restaurant.

"Yo!, Enoch, I won....!!!".

"Hold it jaguar.... you should have won in your dream last night," he replied and burst into laughter.

My celebration was short-lived as he began to make fun of me again, seriously he didn't have to do that, he made me lose that great appetite I had for food a few seconds ago.

I was furious and filled with rage as I stared at him across the table as he enjoyed his meal with great satisfaction and me on the other side just didn't feel like eating anymore, I couldn't take even a single bite from the food.

"Derrick?, won't you eat? I know this is your favorite food apart from sex and imaginary pillow sex".

He giggled as he enjoyed his meal, I grinned back at him he was surely going to get another punch as soon as we get out of this crowded restaurant, I promise him that gift.

"Derrick?"

"What!! Enoch?"

"Chill man, Joey told me there is a massive night jam going down this evening are you In?"

At long last a good news from Enoch, my day wouldn't be bad after all.

"Why save this good news for now?"

"I don't know maybe I enjoy getting on your nerves" he smiled.

He was surely going to get that punch no doubt about it.

"Are you done eating? Can we go now?" I asked politely.

"Yeah we can, why not?"

Enoch took the lead as I followed with a fist in my left jeans pocket, the security guard opened the door and we both got out of the premises and I gently tapped on his shoulder.

"Yo! Enoch I've got a surprise for you man"

He turned and I punched him right in his jaw for the second time.

"That is for being such a pain in the ass bro".

It felts good and hilarious with the way he fell flat on his face holding his jaw.
