I nervously lightened up my phone to check the time every five seconds. But the time didn't pass.
When the clock finally hit 7:55 pm, I decided to grab my things and left the dorm.
I was afraid of him fooling me again by not showing up. While walking to our meeting point, I checked myself in each mirror I passed. I looked good, I really did. But impressing him was not the purpose. I wanted him to regret acting like a dumbass.
When I arrived, I saw him leaning against a black Jaguar, looking at his phone. He kept his promise. And damn, did the boy look good.

When he didn't look up, I cleared my throat to get his attention. He immediately looked up, letting his eyes wander from my head to toe. He was clearly checking me out. After he was done, he looked at me with a wide grin. „You came. You look beautiful."
„Shut up, I didn't come here for you to compliment me. Don't bother, I'm not here for you playing games. You can fool your girlfriend, but not me.", I replied.
„Listen, I know I messed up. But everything happened so fast and I didn't know how to react. When I saw you, I couldn't believe my eyes. I was sure that I would never see you again, and suddenly you stood right in front of me. That was a real jungSHOOK moment.", he said scratching his hair, showing that he was as nervous as I was.

I couldn't suppress a small smile because of his jungshook comment. „Okay, listen, I'll give you five minutes. Well, I didn't notice that you were surprised to see me. You rather acted as if I was insane."
„That was only because of my girlfriend. I didn't want her to insult you." „Well, that clearly didn't work out."
„Touché, " he said, raising both of his hands. „ but let's talk about this over a nice coffee. I'll invite you." I only mumbled „You better" and made my way over to his car, settling down on the passenger seat.
When he also entered the car, he started the engine and drove off. The drive lasted for about 20 minutes. I didn't quite understand why. We passed a lot cute looking cafes on the way to our destination.
The drive itself was pretty awkward. We didn't talk much, so I quietly hummed to the music on the radio.
When we came to a stop, I wanted to get out, but he was quicker and opened the door for me with a cute smile. „You didn't have to do that", I said quietly, but he didn't reply.
I observed the cafe and came to the conclusion that it was worth the longer drive.
We walked towards the door, which he also held open for me. „What a gentleman", I mumbled sarcastically. If he heard what I said, he didn't react to it.
A waitress walked towards us but Jungkook didn't even let her speakeu. He only said „I made reservations for Jeon." She nodded and lead us towards our table. Jung kook pulled out the chair for me so I could schit down.
When he was also seated, I looked him in the eye and questioned „Why are you so kind all of sudden?"
„Because pretty girls deserve to be treated well. And you're one of them." he replied with a calm voice. I sighed and said „Jungkoook, save the crap. Tell me why we're here, I ain't got time for that."
