Jake's POV

It's not easy for me to leave Kaitlyn, but it's necessary. She is right, I need some sleep. I was awake the whole night and I don't regret one second. It was the most perfect night since a long time and as I awoke this morning, I never thought this day could change my life. But now, where she's gone, I feel how tired I really am. I walk slowly back to my car, my thoughts are still with Kaitlyn, Kat like she said, and a huge smile is nearly glued on my lips.

My whole world changed within a few hours and my mind is still trying to process all of that. I climb into my car and drive back home. The urgent desire to write Kat is itching in my fingers, but I promised her, I wouldn't text her when I'm driving, so I need to wait until I'm back at home.

I drive into my garage and park the car on its spot. The cars of Mike, Sam, Jessie and James are there, too. Not really surprising. I start to leave the car as something on the passenger seat catches my attention. It's black, leathern and small ...

It's Kat's jacket. I smile and grab the jacket before I walk over to the elevator. As I'm standing in the elevator for my apartment, I nuzzle at the jacket, it smells like Kat and it's still warm. An unknown, warm feeling is spreading through my veins. I take out my phone and finally, I can write her.

Hey, you forget your jacket in my car, J.

And like she had promised, she writes back. I'm the happiest man in the whole world right now. But, at the same time, I'm the stupidest man, too. I could have had that earlier...

Oh, well, yeah my jacket... what a 'mistake' ;)
I'm so sorry ;) but maybe, my jacket is able to help you sleeping...
I also think that means, we need to meet again, because I really love my jacket ;) K.

It's funny how she is able to make me smile only with a simple message. But it's totally her even with a message. I smile about the jacket and that she cares about me so much within a few hours.

The doors of the elevator open and I walk through the little entrance hall to the door of my apartment. I'm not surprised, as I open my door and step into my living room, to see Mike and the other guy's are sleeping spread in my living room with some half naked girls around them. Obviously, it was a wild night for them. Empty bottles and clothes are everywhere. I watch the scene, and immediately, I know that this has to end. I think my apartment is no longer the meeting point for parties like these. I walk over to the stairs for my bedroom but a hand on my shoulder stops me.

"Where were you the whole night?" Mike asks me whispering as I turn around to face him. He looks at the jacket in my hands and back at me.

"You were together with her, right? Victor's daughter, right? Yes, you fucked her, finally, and all this bullshit has an end." he says smiling and I let him talk. My phone vibrates and I look down on it.

I'm back at home and on my way to bed. Sleep well my gorgeous, speechless bad boy ;) K.

I smile about the reference and the simple word 'my'. Yes, I'm already and just hers and it's awesome. I like the feeling to be her man. Mike looks curious at me and my silly smile.

Sleep well, too, my princess. I will take care of your jacket ;) J.

"Jay? Please, say me it's over with her. You are done with her, right?" he says nearly pleadingly and I close the gap between us. I smile at him a sweet smile. Nothing Mike could do or say, right now, could destroy my good mood after this amazing night.

"You know what, mom? It's none of your fucking business indifferent what is going on between Kaitlyn and me." I say, emphasize her name for him and walk up the stairs but I stop in the middle of it. I turn around and smile again at Mike.
