"WHY YOU GOTTA FIGHT WITH ME AT CHEESECAKE?! YOU KNOW I LOVE TO GO THERE! SAY IM ACTING LIGHT SKIN--I CANT TAKE YOU NOWHERE!!" I ran my fingers through my hair yelling along with the music that blasted from my mini radio that sat only a couple feet away from the shower I stood in.

After several more Drake songs and at least 3 of my Beyoncé favorites I decided my shower was over. I turned off the shower and stepped out washing away all my fantasies down the drain. I sighed and looked in the mirror "Ok! Time to get ready!" But what exactly was I getting ready for? Eh, doesn't matter. I shrugged and dried off my body. "Hmm." I said looking at both the lotion and cologne. "If I use lotion then my body will be all soft and smelly...but if I use cologne then I'll just smell good." I glanced at both the bottles. "But if I use both! Then I'll be soft AND extra smell good!" I rubbed the lotion on me, then I picked up the cologne and inspected it. "Spray small amount." I said reading the instructions. "...well if I sprayed little then I wouldn't smell good!" I said then spraying myself way more then I was supposed to. I put on my clothes and gave myself one look. The look of approval.
I made my way out of the bathroom and back to the living room where Pidge was sitting on her laptop. "I see your back." Pidge said pushing her glasses back up. "Yep! And not only am I back, but I'm better." I said smirking. She looked at me. "Please stop your song references. I've had enough of you singing in the bathroom." She said looking back down to her computer. "Hm, where's Hunk anyways?" I asked rolling my eyes. "He's fixing the radio--that if I remember, you broke." Pidge chuckled. "What?! Noooo I didn't do that! It was just like--okay it just didn't like me!" "Yeaaa, the toaster oven didn't like you either, Lance." "Yes, they didn't like me." "Which is exactly why they all of a sudden just, stopped." Pidge snarled sarcastically. "Whatever." I frowned putting my hands on my hips. Suddenly Pidges face balled up. "Ugh! What's that smell?" She said covering her nose. "What smell?" "I don't know, but it's a strong smell." "Well I don't smell anything." I said sniffing around. "Well it stinks!" Pidge said, her nose still covered. "Maybe if I go where you're at I can smell it too." I said and walked over to the couch Pidge sat on. "Hm, I still don't smell anything." I said sniffing around. "Lance...its you." Pidge said sliding to the other side of the couch. "What?! No it's not me. I don't stink!" "...how much cologne did you use?" Pidge asked with a straight face. "Uhhh, I only sprayed likeee....." I said and held up my hands counting. "20 times." I said and looked at Pidge. She just looked at me. "...Why not at least 4 like most people?" "Because 4 is regular! And I wanna smell good!" I said throwing my hands in the air. "Well sorry to break it to you but you used too much. And now you stink." "What?! Keith should be here any minute--I CAN'T STINK!" I said holding my face. "Relax. Just rinse off, and change your shirt." Pidge said pointing. "But what if he comes now?" I said rubbing my cheeks. "Then I'll just open up the door." Pidge rolled her eyes. "...okay." I said. "Relax there's nothing to worry about." Pidge said and nodded. "Yea..." I said and sighed. Just then I heard a knock on the door. My eyes widened "OH MY GOSH KEITH'S HERE ALREADY I'M NOT READY!!" I yelled, falling to my knees. Pidge smacked her forehead. "Jesus...Lance I'll get the door just pull yourself together." She said waking to the door. "Wait!!" I yelled before her reaching out. She looked at me. "At least give a man time to run away." I said getting up and running to my room.
"Okay okay clean! How do I rinse off if the bathrooms across the hall?" I said looking around quickly. "My water bottle duh!" I said taking off my shirt and opening my bottle. I splashed water on my chest and the rest of the places I sprayed cologne on. "Ok now to dry! But where's my towel?!" I said looking around anxiously. I decided just to use my shirt to dry off. "Ok so now I need a shirt!" I said racing over to my drawer and searching for a shirt. The first shirt I saw was blue and had some writing on it, which was fine by me. I quickly put it on. "Ok! Come on Lance, your just going out there to see ya buddy, your friieennd...." I muttered to myself slowly. I nodded slowly and sighed. After a couple minutes I finally left my room walking back to the living room. I looked around to see Pidge on her laptop, as always. Hunk sat next to her on his phone, I'm guessing he most likely finished repairing my radio. And sitting all the way at end was no other then Keith, who's hair was now dry as he sat in his black shirt and dark blue pants with his arms crossed. "Sooo.." I said awkwardly taking a seat between Keith and Hunk. "I see you guys have met Keith..." I said poking out my bottom lip. "Uhh yea, we all did. That day we got the assignment, remember?" Pidge said, eyes glued to her laptop. "Well I was just trying to strike a conversation! I don't see how you could keep quiet this long." I said shrugging. "Well that's because you talk to much" Hunk said. "Agreed" both Pidge and Keith said at the same time. I frowned "Well everybody's a critic." "Well...I say we start the party!" Hunk said and stood up. "We can't start yet! Allura isn't even here." Pidge protested. "Allura?" Keith asked raising his eyebrows. "Yea, you remember the girl that introduced us all." "Like the mother of our group." "My goddess." Me, Hunk and Pidge took turns chipping in. Keith nodded. "Oh.." "Well I'm off to my station!" Hunk said heading to the kitchen. "Station?" Keith asked tilting his head. "Yea! Like there's a bunch of activities we do. For instance! Hunk does the cooking and music. I do the technology--" "As in you sit in the corner solving whatever chemical equation there is."  I interrupted Pidge. "Right, but I'm also up for theories!" Pidge said and smiled. The room sat in silence. She sunk in her seat "Of course. Anyways Allura is usually the one to come up with all the games, like makeovers--ugh, makeovers." Pidge cringed. "But anyways Lance does nothing." "What?! I do...something!" I said throwing my arms in the air. "And by something you mean trying to tell us how to do our stations?" Pidge said rolling her eyes. "Well...yea!" At that Keith chuckled and let out a giggle. "Oh what's so funny? Not like you have a station." I hissed putting both my hands on my hips. He crossed his arms and pouted. "Well, since I'm the only smart one here. How about you and Keith share a station." Pidge said looking up from her screen. "A station with Keith? No way! I can't partner with him! He's a drama queen--he's gonna want all the attention!" I said lowering my eyebrows. "Hey!--" "Well Lance first off, your the drama queen. Second, we know you wouldn't mind partner--" "AHHHH!" I screamed cutting off Pidges sentence. Keith looked at me and raised his eyebrows. "Wa?" "Nothing! Just! Nothing!" I said sighing. Pidge looked at me and smirked. Just then there was another knock on the door. "That must be Allura." Pidge said getting up from her laptop and walking over to the door. "Warning, be prepared for anything." Pidge said opening up the door welcoming an excited Allura. "Eeee! You guys I'm so excited for the sleep over--I brought twice the games from last time and I found 3 makeup kits! Now we can finally do the whole girl makeup thing and even face paint for you Lance!" Allura said stepping in side the house totting a box of supplies with a big smile on her face. "Oh, Yeaa...makeup." Pidge said frowning. "Oh oh! Did you get the blue and white and silver and pink?!" I asked rushing over to the the box and searching. "Yes, it was hard. But finally I can paint you as a shark!" Allura said holding both her hands together in excitement. Keith scoffed. "Ok I'm gonna ignore that." I said pausing. "Oh Keith! Your here, how nice of you to come!" Allura said and looked at me then Keith. "How nice of you to come..." Allura said as a smirk flashed across her face. "Ok! Now let's start." She said carrying the box to the table and setting it down. "Ooo me me me!" I said racing over to her and sitting down on the ground. She nodded and took out her painting tools. "Eh, at least she forgot about me." Pidge mumbled retreating back to her laptop. Keith followed behind "What am I supposed to do?" He said sitting next to me. "Go do your Keith things! I'm getting a face painting." I teased him. "You sound like a child." He said and crossed his arms. "Okay kids let's not argue, Keith you can wait in line for your face painting too!" Allura said and smiled while setting out all the paint that was required to draw my shark. "Oh no, I'm good I don't want a face painting." Keith said shaking his head. "Oh but I think you should get one it would be so cute and fun." "No thanks I'm not really interes--" "YOUR GETTING THE DAMN FACE PAINT." Allura yelled and glared at Keith. His mouth dropped open. "Ok? Okay!" Allura said and smiled again. "Now Lance, bring your face." She said holding out her hands. I nodded and tilted my face inwards to her. "Okay, mission shark has begun!" She said and began painting my face.
