My name is Fuyu Dragneel i'am a 19 year old boy also known as the black swordsman because of my intense training with my big brother Hansuke and the many battle i had over the past nine years, the reason for which i travel the world was to find the person i love since my childhood.
While travelling, i decided to take a break before heading back on the road.
The person in question was a girl i met in my village nine years ago, her name was Asuka

Fuyu: Hi Asuka
Asuka: Hi Fuyu, so how was your training ?
Fuyu: It was good but i was beaten once again by my brother
Asuka: Again ! How many time did he beat you ?
Fuyu: At least seven times, but i'm not the kind of guy who give up so easily
Asuka: eheh i know, at least you try, by the way, do you want to spend some time with me Fuyu ?
Fuyu: yeah sure, i have nothing to do right now so yeah Asuka it will be fun

End of the Flashback
Fuyu: these days i passed with Asuka are the most precious memories of my life
The first time i met Asuka was when she used to live in my hometown, She and i spend so much time together, eventually time flies and she and i became best friends, sometimes she came see me during and after my Martial Arts training and Sword Training, we laugh together, playing together and a lot of other things we did.
When the day when she and her family move out in a another part of the country come, i was sad to see her leaving, but she made me a promise.
Flashback of the day she leave:
Asuka: What's wrong Fuyu ?
Fuyu: i heard that your family move in another part of the country
Asuka: yes unfortunatly,
Asuka remark some tears on Fuyu's face.
Asuka: Fuyu are you sad ?
Fuyu: off course i'm sad, "sniff" we had beautiful moment together, the time i spend with you are the most precious of my life, it's just without you my days will never be the same again.
Asuka: "sniff" i known but litsen Fuyu, before i go i made you a promise, no matter if we are apart, no matter how many years will flow, iwill and always be here in your heart
Fuyu: i understand, no matter how much time will flow, you will always be in my heart Asuka and one day when i grow up, i will find you where ever you are in this world and become the greatest swordsman of the world
Asuka: that's a great promise, i sure one day you will become the greatest swordsman of the world
Fuyu: this day will come, i promise
End of the Flashback
Nine years later, ever since that day, i started to fulfill the promises i have made to asuka, not only i began to be known as the greatest swordsman of the world earning the nickname "The Black Swordsman" but also i will continue my journey to find where asuka live, and keep the promise i have made for her Nine years ago
Off course before leaving home i have wrote a letter to my brother explaining why i've left, one thing for sure, he will reprimand me for leaving without telling him, but i'am sure he will understand.
Fuyu: man i didn't see the time pass, well time to move out.
But unknown to Fuyu, someone was watching him in the shadows.
Hansuke: geez brother, i known you loved Asuka so much, but leaving the house without telling me, you known that i'am stronger than you and watch your back because your big brother is gonna give you a lesson once i get my hand on you.
