Panic attacks. Let me just start of by telling you this is the most annoying scary thing that can happen to you. Let's see what u actually know about panic attacks. Probably nothing or not much , let me tell you that PA's are very common among girls ,the problem is no one really talks about them. Well I will because I experience at least once every single day .
Imagine just chilling calmly on your bed,thinking about stuff and then u remember the  tiny issue that you had yesterday. You start to think about this tiny issue. First you remember it ,then you start to analyze it ,even though the issue is sorted out ,you just keep questioning yourself if you did the right thing. Then comes the second stage of blame. Paranoid emotion comes inside of you telling you that you didn't sort out the issue right or that you could've done it better. Then stage three -fear. You start to fear the solved issue ,you fear that it will come again in the future -bigger and more terrifying. This is where your mind breaks and the physical problems come. You start breathing heavily and your eyes start closing or you start to see a black hole ,then you fall in it and for 10 seconds you see how your whole life collapses in front of you and guess what.Then your body can't take it anymore and you faint and fall on the cold ground,remaining unconscious.At the end you still blame this on you. Panic attacks remain for about 10-40 minutes. You need at least an hour to stabilize from a panic attack. In that hour I usually cry or plead for help ,I want it to stop but it never doesn't.
