"Brad, one of the famous Allen Brothers, was accompanied by a young woman at last night's charity event that was held at the Allen Hotel. Many rumors have been circling around about her being his latest scandal. But, what people are taking an interest in is the fact that the other Allen brother, Landon,seemed taken aback by this young woman as well." - Rumor Has It
"Brad and The Mysterious Beauty , from last night's event , were spotted again at a local coffee shop near the Allen Hotel. Many people said that their attraction to each other was evident in the way they looked at each other. Smiles were plastered on their faces has they laughed with one another. They even admitted that it wasn't there first date with each other." - Push & Shove
" It's official you guys! They're together! Being with one of the Allen Brothers was 'great' according to the mysterious beauty. If only we all had that chance!" -Pep In Your Step
I didn't think that what Brad had said would really be happening. Every gossip site that I went on was filled with relationship statuses about us. This was not good. One day and I had already failed has an actress. If I couldn't make them believe I was with Landon then what would happen to me. Our deal was that I pretend to be Landon's girlfriend and in return I would gain my experience that I was 'lacking ' .
"Ava!" , I heard Landon yell has the door was slammed.
This was it, he was going to fire me. Maybe I should quit my dream of becoming an actress. I was obviously bad at it, if it only took one day for me to screw it up. Mr. Orche was right after all.
"Ava!"
"I'm coming!", I shouted back has I walked to the living area.
"Have you seen all the articles!?"
"Yes.", I looked down at my feet.
"This isn't going to work. "
"No! Landon ,I promise I'll do better!"
"That's not what I meant. You guys didn't even do anything remotely boyfriend/ girlfriend and they already think of you guys has a couple. We're going to have to make ourselves more publicly known."
I looked at him confused.
"You didn't actually think I was going to fire you, did you?"
"Well yeah."
"It's too late for that they love you. They said you were the ,' nicest girl' Brad has ever been with. "
The media had only seen me once or twice and they already loved me? Maybe I could make this work after all. If they already liked me it would be easier to make them believe in us. Well, once we actually made 'us' known.
" We should go out. "
"Well, obviously. That's kind of the whole point."
"No. I mean let's go do something. It's been nearly five hours since those articles have been published everything should be calmed down. There has to be paparazzi out there right now. Let's go be 'coupley'. "
He laughed, "Okay. Let's go be 'copely'."
Hopefully the media would catch on that it was actually me and Landon that were together ,not Brad. Landon was right though Brad and I didn't even do anything that would make us seem like a couple. Yet, they were so persistent about it. I had to work harder if this was ever going to work out.
