(The next day)
Today Mal is going to give her speech. She is gonna make the rule for whoever kills someone in a duel and survived would have to go to jail.
(Noon)
They set up the stand for Mal.
"Thank you everyone for coming." Mal said threw the microphone.
"Now I'm sure everyone has heard what happened with King Ben by now." Mal said and paused.
"So I am here to change the rule we have about them not having to go to jail after they shot them." Mal explained.
"I have the right to change the rule. So the new rule is that if you have a duel and shot someone and they don't shot you. You must go to jail." Mal explained.
"Guards please go and arrest Harry Hook." Mal told the guards.
When they came back one of the guards was holding Harry.
Harry had his hands behind his back handcuffed. He was on his knees looking down.
"Take him away!" Mal told them.
They nodded and picked him up and brought him to jail.
"Anyways, let me sign the new rule." Mal said.
Someone gave her the paper for her to sign.
"Thank you." Mal said taking the paper.
She signed it and handed it back.
"Thank you all for coming today." She said and left.
(Back at the castle)
"Ma'am... Um... What should we do about his son?" A guard asked holding Harry's son.
"Oh send him to his mother Uma." Mal told him.
"Yes ma'am." He replied and left.
