It was a mistake. A big mistake.
Things were never supposed to turn out this way.
It was never supposed to happen.
But it did happen and Bailey's friends would make her pay for it.
When Bailey left her hometown to leave all the bad memories she associated with it behind, she swore to herself that she would never ever come back to this place. Although it was the place she called 'home' once it didn't feel like it anymore. It rather turned out to be her personal hell. With the people she used to call friends being to devils in persona.
Boarding school was the perfect place to get away from all the mess that's been happening the past summer. A new town, with new friends and new beginnings - everything Bailey could ever wish for after everything that happened.
Just when Bailey settled in, met a new circle of friends and began to feel happy again, her beloved father is involved in a deadly car accident.
To support her mom and sisters, Bailey decides to move back to Vandale for the summer. It's the last summer before she goes off to college on the other side of the country. But it also will be one last summer in a town that she promised herself she would never visit again. It would be one last summer facing teasing and bullying because of a stupid mistake that she regrets so much.
