The next morning my cell phone woke me up. "Fuck." I shut the alarm off.
Another stupid day, a repeat in 2012.
"I just want 1969 and a Zeppelin show and some time to enjoy it. Please? Let's make a bet? I bet I could make Robert Plant fall in love with me in one day if I had the chance. I'm not that pretty or tall and I'm only 17. He wouldn't fall, but it's worth the shot." I said.
"Who are you talking to?" my mom asked coming in my room to check on me. "I don't know. The wish person?" "Well get up. It's time to get ready for school. Dreaming time is over." she said turning the light on.
I got up and got ready for dreaded high school.
The day went on the same from the last bunch. From the time I got to school to the time I left I was pissed off at everything and everyone. I got home and watched Led Zeppelin for the rest of the day. It was literally seemed to be the only comfort I had.
I went on this way making wishes every night for the next few days to escape until one Thursday night.
Things were kind of weird, and it all started around dinner.
Neither of my parents were home, but they had left dinner in the microwave for me.
I pushed the start button and got on my laptop to start playing to my new Pink Floyd CD while I ate.
Today had gone pretty bad for me so the minute I began the CD I began to feel relaxed again.
After eating and listening to my Pink Floyd CD, I popped in my favorite Led Zeppelin CD in my computer, meandered back into my bedroom, shut the door, lied down and plugged in my headphones.
I began to nod off quickly which was really strange for me considering I rarely took naps.
Before I fell asleep the last thing I could remember was a purple sky. I could have sworn the sky had turned purple.
