During George's life on the battle field he did many interesting things that other generals haven't. For instance, as soon as America declared war he got a nipple piercing. He can be pictured below (with his close friends Alfredo and Pillow) , right after he got his piercing:

Another intresting thing he did that no other generals did, was riding a bicycle instead of a horse. He can be seen talking about it below.

Another unusual thing that George did was get lost! Shocking, I know. But he often got lost in big wood whenever he was left alone. He could be lost for so long that artist would have enough time to paint a portrait of him lost (seen below)

While George was known to be a strict and ruthless general, many of his soldiers didn't remember him for that; they remembered him for his love of building snowmen. There are countless stories from continental soldiers that are still alive today about building a snowman with George. One of the soldiers I interviewed allowed me to take this old photo of George about to build a snowman:
