"Dipper, you got to see this" yelled Mabel
"Is it Mabel" he yelled
She push him in the car and headed to town. When they got to town, people were in a circle. Dipper got out and went to his wife.
"What is going on here" he asked
" he had returned but as a human" she said
"Who" He said
"You have the right to remain silent" yelled one of the cops
Dipper looked in the middle of the crowd people and saw the cop on the yellow haired guy.
"Get off of him" Dipper yelled
"Dipper, it is Bill Cypher" yelled someone
"I know who he is, let go."he yelled
The cops let him go and Dipper went to the middle,grabbed Bill and walked to the park.
"What are you doing here, I thought you were in the other dimension " said Dipper
"I want to live here" said Bill
"Why"he asked
"My home in the other dimension is not a great place for us" Bill said
"Us, who is with you" Dipper asked
"My daughter" said Bill
"You have a kid, what her name" Dipper asked
"Luna" Bill said
They talked about him and his daughter living here. They made a deal that Bill and Luna can live in the house not far from the Mystery Shack and have dinner with them every Sundays.
They went back to the people that were still in the center waiting and Dipper told them the deal they just made but they were not fans of the idea but they trusted Dipper.
"Let my show you to your new home, Bill." Dipper said
