You were an assistant for Dr. Angela Ziegler, aka Mercy. You helped her clean her medical equipment as well as grab any tools she may need. You loved working for her. You were in the medical room earlier than usual so that your could ensure that Dr. Zeigler's tools were thoroughly cleaned.
"Y/n"? Called a familiar voice.
"Huh?!" You said taken aback.
"What are you doing here so early?" It was Dr. Zeigler.
"Oh, hello doctor. I thought I'd get here early so I could clean your tools well," you explained a bit flustered. You loved the doctor very much. You found that she was very attractive. Her blonde hair and blue eyes complemented her skin tone so well.
"Well, danke, Y/n", said Dr. Ziegler.
"Du bist wilkommen," you answered.
"Ah, I see you've been working on your German."
"Ja, Fraulein," you said. You could've sworn the doctor blushed when you responded that time.
You two worked in quiet for a good amount of time, but Dr. Ziegler noticed that you kept shivering.
Mercy walked over to you and put her hand on your forehead.
"Mein Gott, you're burning up," the doctor said. "Why don't you take the day off. Go lay down and rest."
"Doctor, are-" you were cut off
"Go now. Doctor's orders." Replied Mercy. You walked out of the medical room and back to your living abode. All Overwatch workers had a "dorm" at the new HQ.
Once you laid down on your bed, you realized just how bad you felt. It wasn't long before you fell asleep.
*a few days later*
"Y/N, may I come in?" It was Mercy.
"Yes," you replied. You still felt a bit sick, but not much.
"How are you feeling?" Asked the doctor.
"Not bad. Better than a few days ago definitely." You replied.
"Do you know what could have brought this on?" Asked the doctor.
"No, ma'am," you answered. "I haven't felt any symptoms or anything."
"Hmm," the doctor pondered, "Have you been stressed about anything? Sometimes stress can bring on sickness."
You have been wanting to tell Dr. Ziegler how you felt about her, but you didn't think it stressed you out that much.
"Y/n?" Mercy asked after you didn't reply for a few minutes.
"Doctor, there's something I have to tell you..." you were super nervous. She looked at you with curiosity in her eyes and worry written on her face.
"I like you. A lot. You're beautiful and...and I love you," you faltered a bit at the end. Mercy looked a bit surprised.
"Y/n, is that really what you have been worried about?" She asked. You nodded.
"Y/n," you looked up at her as she put her hand on your cheek. "I love you, too."
"R-really?" You stuttered a bit.
"Ja. You are beautiful and a wonderful assistant," Mercy said. Without thinking, you kissed her. Mercy was surprised, but soon relaxed and kissed back.
"Ich liebe Dich," you said.
"Ich liebe Dich, auch," replied Mercy.

A/n for those who may not know, German is the official language of Switzerland followed by Romanian and French. German is the most spoken, however.
