" I scream , you scream , give me that , give me that ice cream "
3rd PERSON POV.
Jennie and Jisoo went to an ice cream shop. The day was cloudy but there wasn't any indications of raining. They bought a flavoured cake ice cream for both of them. As they were walking through the cloudy streets Jisoo noticed that a drop of water had fallen in her face , it started raining.
" Come on , eat the ice cream or it will get wet and melt. " Jennie said while Jisoo ate her ice cream quickly but it start to melt at fast pace.
Jennie melt as well with the ice cream that Jisoo was holding. Watching Jisoo all wet , pink red cheeks and hair with drops of water made her heart fluttered. She was aware of the danger that this relationship was causing. She knew that Jisoo only saw her as a friend and nothing more. She was aware too of how deep in love she was falling. She just couldn't help about smile when Jisoo does it. She couldn't leave her alone , she just wanted to protected her. Jisoo smile , face , eyes , body , hair...all was perfect for her , not a single flaw.
She knew it , she was in love with Kim Jisoo.
Jisoo look at Jennie who was staring at her with a cute pouty face. Jisoo felt her cheeks going up as she smiled widely. The rain were showering their bodies but they really didn't care.
" We should go home or we will catch a cold. " Jisoo said as she started walking through the slippery floor.
" Wait for me Chichu! " Jennie exclaimed as she run toward her. She hold Jisoo hand and Jennie felt like she was having a heart attack.
Then both of them began walking , they were still holding hands even if it was extremely cold. Jennie could feel her socks sunken in water but she couldn't care less. As the storm stopped so did Jisoo. Jennie stop harshly at her feet and look at Jisoo who was giving her a pouty look. Little did she know she have the same feelings as her.
" Jennie , can we please stop for a little bit? I'm tired. " She said as she rest her hands on her knees.
" Yeah... " Jennie answered as a cold silence invaded the environment.
Their heavy breathings were the only thing they could hear. Jisoo was about to stand up when Jennie grab her hand. She could feel as her cheeks were burning red.
" Wait...I want to talk to you. " Jennie said while she was still holding Jisoo hand.
" Are you okay Jennie? You are shaking." Jisoo said caressing Jennie's hand.
" Yes , don't worry. " She said but she could feel her legs trembling.
" You know I have been your friend since we were trainees...and I appreciate you so much as a friend , as a shoulder to cry , as a bestfriend but... " Jennie felt like tears were forming on her eyes as she tried to confess. Jisoo looked at her caringly.
" I... love you. " Jennie said and couldn't help it but let her tears flowed down her face.
" Aw , Jennie I love you too and you know that. " Jisoo said caressing Jennie's back.
" I know Jisoo...but it's not the friendship love... I am in love. " Jennie said with all the courage she gathered through the months.
" I'm afraid to ruined our friendship Jisoo... " She said as she grabbed Jisoo's hand tightly.
" Jennie...You shouldn't be afraid of ruining our friendship because... I am in love too. " Jisoo said cupping Jennie's cheeks cleaning her tears.
The sun was in the sky again and the contrast with the rain before made a beautiful rainbow in the sky.
Jisoo hold Jennie's head by the back and leaned closer to her. Their foreheads collided but they did not back down. A few inches separate their lips until Jennie came closer and join her lips with Jisoo's. Their lips matched perfectly as both of them were plump and warm. The kiss was interrupted by the lack of air.
" I love you. " Jennie said as she hold Jisoo's hand.
" I love you too. " Jisoo said and began walking to her house with a wide smile on her face.
