A beautiful mansion sat very high overlooking the city of New York. It was isolated away from other residents. Making it stand out even more.  From afar you can see the big stone balcony. It was filled with white roses on each side as if it was making and entrance into the long hallway that carried you there. The hallway leads into a great room with beautiful clocks and mirrors. Added to the room were blush leather sofas, marble end tables with lamps. A clock sat on each table or anything that was meant to uphold anything. To bring out the furniture there were wonderful white carpets with gold trimming. Above the red brick fire place was a big picture showing a woman wearing a long white robe and a med-high silver crown with a clock in the middle of it. She was a medium size African American woman. Carmel skin, short hair, hazel eyes and seem to be a young woman. It wasn't just any ordinary women. She was half god and half witch or a "magical being" as mortals would say. Her name was Niliah, the protector of time and travel. She has the power to travel into the future and also the past. Niliah live up to her grandmother's name Donna, the Queen of time. Zeus would often summand her himself. Every time he felt he could use her to bend the will of time.

She later past on her blessings to her granddaughter and took a rest in Maitland. A place wear all elderly or older magical beings go when they want to rest for the remainder of their lives.
Niliah was standing in the hallway after making herself a delicious breakfast. Usually by now her day would had already started but she was happy she was at peace because she rarely gets it. Niliah walked down the hall unto the balcony, dragging her long white robe and holding her long red scepter. Yes Her scepter was crafted by the Elves Head Weapon Designer and later filled with the power of her grandmothers. If you listen closely you can hear a ticking sound. As if a clock is magically put inside of it.
Niliah being the protector of time, her job is to make sure no evil or good is trying to conjure up some kind of spell to go into time or into the future. Interfering with the future or past can cause chaos throughout the world. So her ancestors created a security spell. It is cast unto any person who ever held the "Protector of Time" title. When there is any time spell or time travel that causes loop holes through and time. Her scepter will going into ultra-power, it's when her scepter will sound like a big ticking ring clock. Alerting her as telling her time is being tampered with. One touch with her hand will make her appear in the mist. No matter if they are a elf, witch, warlock or anything else. They will be cast into the Shallow Hall. Shallow Hall was not a real hall. It was a magical prison. It's where all magical beings go if they were to break any law. Yes there are laws in the magic world. But at first it was not any laws.
Shadow hall was created back in the year 1700ac. God Marco and Goddess Tia created the prison to stop every magical being breaking laws especially in the site of humans. The laws were created in the 1500s ac by all high council magical beings, so it applied to anyone. The prison was power over by the Shea Council one of the most powerful magic in the world. Also meaning if you were put in the prison your powers were useless inside. Shea Council was a group of every high council leaders from each magical creature or being there was. They came together only in crisis when it seems as if the world will be destroyed or each kingdom is being under attack or if they just simply wanted to get rid of someone.
Niliah stood on the balcony gazing down on the city, until she felt someone's present behind her. You can show yourself whoever you are" .Nobody came out and Niliah was beginning to worry. She said it again more firmly "YOU CAN COME OUT NOW". And suddenly one of the white rose on the left grew largely. Then it burst into tiny grains of salt. And out came a young man with a red robe trim with blue and gold. He was a little shorter than Nilah. He couldn't be no older than twenty. He wore a silver and blue diamond crown around his head, and holding a silver wand. His name was Bryce. He was one of the highest level wizards in the kingdom of Utopia. Where manly all wizards live on earth. It was a secret place in Arizona, away from civilization and humans. But once you enter in the kingdom atmosphere, it looks as if you were on another planet. It was quit peaceful there. It was best known for its school, Blue Dragon University where magical beings was taught to use their magic. Usually only witches, fairies, warlocks, wizards, and vampires, attended the school. Werewolves could attend years ago. But a rivalry broke out between vampires and werewolves. The werewolves decided to part ways and learn from the elders of their packs. Other magical beings were train at home. Some were a natural born. Usually gods and goddesses didn't need any training. They learn to grow into their powers while growing up.
Bryce walked slowly up to Niliah while admiring the roses. "Why have you traveled so far from your peaceful residents" said Niliah with a grin. "I can't pop in to visit a friend" said Bryce. It has been a longtime. Besides we have a lot of catching up to do. Bryce looks over the edge of the balcony looking down at the city of New York. I don't know what made you place your home over New York. It looks too busy and the people seem clutter.  It's not all that bad, Niliah glance down again to look. I love looking down and watching how time works in so many different ways. You can't do that and other cities. Bryce shrug " Well I'll rather live and a magical place. I will never try to live among mortals again.
