One Great Life!
This is the story about a girl called Destiny, and what happened to her when she met a weird looking magician…
It was the 20th of August and it was also the hottest day of the year so far. Destiny’s mum was slowly climbing up the steep stairs to destiny’s room to wake her “Destiny. Time for school.” Exclaimed a breath less mum.
“Do I have to?” wailed Destiny.
“I haves sausages down stairs.”
Destiny leaped out of bed and put on her, fluffy white butterfly incrusted, dressing gown. She did a miniature dance. Then slowly walked down the stairs in to the hall. “Oh no.” She sighed, then as happy as the day Titch (who was a Jack Russell) came bounding in to the hall and jumped up on Destiny’s white dressing gown. “Titch down boy you are getting your muddy paws all over me!”
Destiny laughed. She picked Titch up and carried him over to his doggie basket where she gave him some sausages as a treat. After a lovely breakfast Destiny went upstairs to get changed for school. When she was in her room she saw a black shadow passing by her window and a chill blew through her room. She thought it was her imagination but what she had just seen could change her life for ever!...
On her way to school Destiny met up with her best mates Poppy and Clyde she told them about the weird shadow she thought she had seen. She was so busy talking she didn’t see the looks Poppy and Clyde gave each other. Suddenly realising something was wrong Destiny stopped in her tracks and looked at them both. “Guys what’s wrong? Why are you looking at me as though I said the world is going to end??”There was silence. “You tell her Clyde” said. Poppy. Clyde looked at Poppy as though he was gonna kill her. “Well you see. Before you came I was telling Poppy about a shadow and then she said she had seen it too... So when u said u had seen it we though it must be something bad.” Clyde said rather shakily. “Right let’s get things straight. Clyde you saw a shadow this morning and so did you Poppy. I saw it as well and now we think it’s a bad omen or something!!It could just be a coincidence or it could be a sign of good luck so let’s not jump to conclusions.” Said Destiney.
"Yea Clyde take a chill pill!" said Poppy. The trio carried on off to school where their day was going to get a whole lot stranger!!...
